المفتي الجعفري الممتاز الشيخ أحمد قبلان يحذر من استهداف الجنوب والضاحية والبقاع، ويصف تجاهل الدولة للناس والمقاومة بالخيانة الوطنية.
في خطبة الجمعة التي ألقاها في مسجد الإمام الحسين ببرج البراجنة، وجّه المفتي الجعفري الممتاز الشيخ أحمد قبلان رسالة قوية دعا فيها إلى تعزيز الشراكة الوطنية وحماية وحدة لبنان في وجه التدخلات الإقليمية والخيانات الداخلية.
وأكد قبلان أن “الإسلام يدعو إلى تعايش الجماعات المختلفة في أمن واستقرار واحترام للخصوصيات الدينية والطائفية والعرقية، وهو ما يتطلب تفعيل ميثاق التعاون والعيش المشترك، بعيدًا عن أي كيان خارجي يحاول فرض الهيمنة أو التأثير السلبي”.
وشدّد على أن “أي استقواء بالخارج أو خيانة للقيم الوطنية يهدّد الميثاق الوطني، ويُضعف الدولة ويُجهض مشروع السيادة”. وأضاف أن لبنان لا يزال يعاني من آثار “الارتزاق السياسي والمقايضات الدولية”، وهو ما جعله في دائرة الخطر.
ودعا المفتي إلى “تسريع إنجاز وثيقة إعمار الجنوب والضاحية والبقاع”، مشيراً إلى أن “بعض الجهات تسعى لمعاقبة بيئة المقاومة عبر تعطيل الإغاثة، وحرمان المناطق المتضررة من حقوقها الأساسية، وهذا نوع من الخيانة لن نقبله”.
وقال بلهجة حازمة:
“الدولة التي تتخلى عن الجنوب والضاحية والبقاع لا تستحق أن تُسمى دولة، والحكومة التي تتجاهل شعبها ترتكب جريمة وطنية، والإصرار على تجاهل هذه المناطق هو لعب بالنار، ولن نسكت إن حُشرنا في الزاوية”.
وتابع قائلاً:
“لبنان لا يُبنى إلا على تضحيات أبنائه، والجنوب والبقاع والضاحية دفعوا الثمن غالياً لحماية السيادة، وبدونهم لكان لبنان اليوم مشروعًا صهيونيًا. ولن نسمح لأي جهة بمحاولة تصفية خيار المقاومة أو محاصرته”.
وشدد على ضرورة “الحذر من مخططات دولية تسعى لتغيير وجه المنطقة”، قائلاً:
“زيارة الرئيس ترامب ليست عادية، بل تأتي في سياق خطير لفرز المنطقة سياسيًا واقتصاديًا. ومن هنا، فإن التطبيع مع العدو خيانة كبرى، وغزة هي الشرف والكرامة، ومن يخونها يخون الأمة بأسرها”.
واختتم قبلان خطبته بالتأكيد على أن “لبنان ليس للبيع، والمقاومة ليست عارًا بل وسام شرف، وعلى الدولة أن تتحمل مسؤولياتها الكاملة في الإعمار والإغاثة دون تمييز، فالبلد لنا جميعًا وليس صفقة دولية”.
Mufti Qabalan Warns: Playing with Fire in Lebanon Will Trigger a National Catastrophe
Lebanon’s top Jaafari Mufti Ahmad Qabalan warns the state against neglecting the South, Dahieh, and Bekaa, calling such acts political treason.
In a fiery Friday sermon at Imam Hussein Mosque in Beirut's southern suburb of Bourj al-Barajneh, Jaafari Grand Mufti Sheikh Ahmad Qabalan addressed Lebanon’s deteriorating national cohesion and the political dangers of marginalizing key communities.
He emphasized that “Islam, at the collective level, affirms the right of communities to coexist with safety, integrity, and stability while maintaining their religious, sectarian, and ethnic uniqueness. This coexistence must be built on mutual cooperation, protection of civil rights, and adherence to humanist values.”
Qabalan warned that “national or moral betrayal, reliance on foreign influence, or external manipulation threatens Lebanon’s essential social pact. Lebanon’s experience proves that international trade-offs and political bartering have long eroded its sovereignty.”
He called for an immediate finalization of the South, Dahieh, and Bekaa Reconstruction and Relief Plan, accusing some parties of deliberately neglecting these regions as punishment for supporting the resistance. “This,” he said, “is part of a dangerous regional agenda meant to weaken Lebanon’s core strength.”
In sharp words, Qabalan declared:
“A state that betrays the South and Bekaa is not worthy of being called a state. A government that neglects its people commits national treason. Pushing us into a corner is a grave miscalculation—we warn against it.”
He continued:
“This government owes its existence to decades of sacrifices made by the people of Dahieh, Bekaa, and the South. Without the February 6 uprising, Lebanon would have become a Zionist project. The resistance, led by figures like Speaker Nabih Berri, has redefined our national identity.”
Mufti Qabalan also recalled how resistance freed even Beirut from occupation, cautioning against punishing or suffocating the resistance's supporters. “Reconstruction and relief are not charity but a national right,” he affirmed. “Those working for foreign interests should take their agendas elsewhere.”
He concluded with a stark warning about international developments:
“President Trump’s visit is not a symbolic tour. It’s a blueprint for regional redrawing. The Middle East belongs to its people, and Lebanon will never normalize ties with an occupying force. Betraying Gaza is a betrayal of humanity, history, and divine justice.”
