عن منظمة “العمل التنموي بلا حدود – Naba'a”

منظمة “العمل التنموي بلا حدود” (نبع) هي منظمة غير حكومية لبنانية تأسست في عام 2001 ومسجلة في وزارة الداخلية اللبنانية (رقم التسجيل: 104/AD). نبع مكرسة لخدمة جميع المجتمعات المهمشة في لبنان، وخاصة الأطفال، دون تمييز في الجنسية أو العرق أو الدين. تشمل هذه المجتمعات اللاجئين في المخيمات والتجمعات وكذلك المجتمعات اللبنانية المحلية.

نبع تشجع التقديم من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بشرط ألا تمنعهم حالتهم من أداء المهام بكفاءة. كما أن المنظمة تلتزم بتوفير فرص العمل لجميع المؤهلين بغض النظر عن الجنسية أو الجنس أو الطائفة أو الدين، مما يضمن تكافؤ الفرص للجميع.

بروتوكول التدقيق والحماية في نبع

مسؤوليات وظيفة عامل حالة GBV

إعداد وإدارة خطط الحالة:
- تطوير وإدارة خطط حالة فردية للمستفيدين مع تحديد الدعم المطلوب والخطوات اللازمة لمعالجة احتياجاتهم.
- متابعة وتحديث خطط الحالة بانتظام وفقًا للتغيرات في الاحتياجات والظروف.
ربط المستفيدين بالموارد المتاحة:
- ربط المستفيدين بالموارد والخدمات المتوفرة داخل المنظمة مثل الرعاية الصحية، والدعم النفسي، والمأوى، والمساعدات الأخرى.
إدارة السجلات والأرشيف:
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وسرية لجميع الحالات بما في ذلك التقييمات وخطط الحالة والتطورات.
تنفيذ الجلسات وتحديد الحالات المعرضة للخطر:
- إجراء جلسات فردية لتقييم وتقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للمستفيدين.
- إحالة الحالات الأكثر عرضة للخطر إلى الأطباء النفسيين لتقديم الدعم اللازم.
الإحالات الخارجية:
- القيام بإحالات إلى خدمات متخصصة بالتنسيق مع المنظمات المحلية في المجتمع عند الحاجة لضمان استجابة شاملة لاحتياجات المستفيدين.
التعاون مع الفريق:
- العمل عن كثب مع ميسري الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS) لضمان استجابة منسقة وفعالة لاحتياجات المستفيدين.
إعداد التقارير:
- إعداد تقارير منتظمة حول أنشطة إدارة الحالة، والنتائج، والرؤى المستفادة من العمل مع المستفيدين.
الامتثال للسياسات:
- الالتزام التام بمدونة سلوك نبع وسياسات الحماية مثل PSEAH، وحماية الأطفال، وآلية الشكاوى.
الواجبات الإضافية:
- أداء مهام أخرى متعلقة حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس، أو مجال ذي صلة.
المؤهلات المهنية:
- خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في إدارة الحالات، ويفضل في سياقات الاستجابة الطارئة أو الإنسانية.
المهارات الشخصية:
- فهم قوي لمبادئ إدارة الحالات وحماية المستفيدين.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على التفاعل الاجتماعي.

About Naba'a – Developmental Action Without Borders

Naba'a (Developmental Action Without Borders) is a Lebanese NGO established in 2001 and registered under the Ministry of Interior (registration number: 104/AD). Responsibilities of the GBV Caseworker

Case Plan Development and Management:
- Develop and manage individual case plans for beneficiaries, outlining the required support and steps to address their needs.
- Regularly review and update case plans to meet changing circumstances.
Resource Connection:
- Connect beneficiaries to resources and services within the organization, including healthcare, psychological support, shelter, and other assistance.
Record Keeping and Archiving:
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for all cases, including assessments, case plans, and progress.
Conduct Sessions and Identify At-Risk Cases:
- Conduct individual sessions to evaluate and provide psychosocial support to beneficiaries.
- Refer the most vulnerable and high-risk cases to psychologists for additional support.
External Referrals:
- Make referrals to specialized services in coordination with local organizations when necessary.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with PSS facilitators to ensure a coordinated and effective response to beneficiaries' needs.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on case management activities, outcomes, and insights gained from working with beneficiaries.
Compliance with Policies:
- Adhere to Naba'a’s code of conduct and protection policies, including PSEAH, child protection, and complaint mechanisms.
Additional Duties:
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Professional Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in case management, preferably in emergency response or humanitarian contexts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of case management and protection principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.
