انطلاقة مرتبكة وتخبط كبير… تسرّع غير موفق لوزير التربية في لبنان!

بدأ اليوم الاثنين العام الدراسي الرسمي في لبنان رغم دعوات روابط التعليم الثانوي والأساسي لتأجيله أسبوعين، حيث ناشدت روابط التعليم وزير التربية عباس الحلبي بضرورة تأخير بدء العام الدراسي لمنح المدارس والأساتذة الوقت الكافي للتحضير. ومع ذلك، قرر عدد من المعلمين الحضور إلى مدارسهم، متخطين دعوة الروابط، مدفوعين بحسهم التربوي وشعورهم بالمسؤولية تجاه الطلاب، ليثبتوا التزامهم الذي كان أقوى من المطالبة بحقوقهم المالية.

وأفادت مصادر من رابطة التعليم الثانوي لـ”ليبانون ديبايت” أن اليوم الأول من الدراسة شهد فوضى تنظيمية وإدارية كبيرة، حيث انطلق العام الدراسي في ظل نقص في الخطط الواضحة والتوجيهات الملائمة. وأوضحت المصادر أن عدداً كبيراً من الأساتذة، خاصة في المناطق الأكثر استقراراً، حضروا من أجل تأدية واجبهم تجاه الطلاب، إدراكاً منهم لأهمية التعليم وتأثيره على مستقبل الشباب.

وأكدت المصادر على ضرورة أن تقابل وزارة التربية هذا الالتزام من المعلمين برد إيجابي، من خلال تحسين ظروف العمل والحوافز، تقديراً لتضحياتهم ومواقفهم النبيلة.

خطة غير موحدة تسببت في إرباك بين المدارس

وصفت المصادر خطة الوزارة بأنها تفتقر إلى التنسيق، حيث لم تكن انطلاقة العام الدراسي موحدة كما هو معتاد، مما تسبب في إرباك واسع بين المدارس. وأشارت إلى أن تنفيذ هذه الخطة تطلب آليات أكثر وضوحاً، وأن التسرّع في بدء العام الدراسي دون تأجيله لمدة أسبوعين كان قراراً غير مدروس. فقد ظهرت العديد من الثغرات والمشكلات التنظيمية في اليوم الأول، وكان من الأفضل لو تم تأجيل العام الدراسي لمنح المدارس الوقت الكافي لإعداد خطط متكاملة تضمن سير العملية التعليمية بسلاسة وتجاوز أي عوائق.
