أشاد مسؤول إسرائيلي رفيع المستوى، اليوم الثلاثاء، بمبادرات الجيش اللبناني في جنوب البلاد، مشيرًا إلى أن “الحكومة اللبنانية تبدو جادة في تفكيك قدرات حزب الله العسكرية ضمن مناطق الجنوب”. وأضاف في تصريحاته المتسلسلة: “نثمّن جهود الجيش في جمع سلاح حزب الله في جنوب لبنان، ونتوقع استمرار هذه الإجراءات في المرحلة المقبلة”.
وعلى الرغم من نفيه اتجاه تل أبيب نحو هجوم بري، شدد المسؤول الإسرائيلي على أن بلاده “جاهزة لكل الاحتمالات”، مشيرًا إلى أن “أي ناشط من حزب الله أو بنية تحتية عسكرية للحزب ستكون هدفًا مشروعًا لنا وفق اتفاق وقف النار”.
وأوضح أن إسرائيل “تراقب بحذر التطورات الميدانية”، معتبرًا أن التنفيذ الفعلي للتزامات لبنان سيكون المحك الأهم في المرحلة القادمة، مضيفًا: “انهيار محور إيران وإنجازاتنا في لبنان سيساعدان الحكومة اللبنانية على تنفيذ القرار 1701”.
وخلص المسؤول إلى القول إن “الواقع في لبنان تغير جذريًا، وإنجازات الجيش اللبناني تفتح الطريق لمستقبل أفضل”.

A high-ranking Israeli official praised the Lebanese Army’s recent actions in southern Lebanon, stating that “the Lebanese government appears serious about dismantling Hezbollah’s military capabilities in the South.” In a series of statements, he added: “We appreciate the army’s efforts to collect Hezbollah weapons in southern Lebanon and expect these measures to continue in the coming phase.”
Despite denying intentions for a ground offensive, the official emphasized that Israel “is ready for all possibilities,” noting that “any Hezbollah operative or military infrastructure in the south would be considered a legitimate target under the ceasefire agreement.”
He further explained that Israel is “monitoring field developments with caution,” stressing that Lebanon’s actual implementation of its commitments will be the decisive factor in evaluating the next stage. “The collapse of the Iran axis and our achievements in Lebanon will help its government enforce Resolution 1701,” he added.
Concluding his remarks, the official declared, “The reality in Lebanon has changed fundamentally, and the Lebanese Army’s successes pave the way for a better future.”
