وشدد منصور على أن الحراك يرفض هذا القرار بشكل قاطع، معتبرًا أن فرض هذه الضريبة يعد خرقًا لحقوق المعلمين، مطالبًا وزير المالية بالتدخل الفوري لوقف العمل بهذه الضريبة المزعجة، ومراجعة آلية احتسابها وتصحيح الأخطاء الحاصلة. كما طالب منصور بإعادة الأموال التي تم اقتطاعها بشكل غير قانوني إلى أصحابها.

This tax, perceived as unfair, has raised serious concerns among the teaching community in Lebanon.
