أصدرت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة، بيانًا هامًا بشأن حادثة التحرش الجنسي التي تعرضت لها مجموعة من الفتيات القاصرات أثناء نشاط مدرسي في ملعب مفتوح في بلدة المنصورية، بتاريخ 20 أيار 2025.
وأوضح البيان أن مواطنين تقدما بشكوى أمام فصيلة برمانا في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي، أفادوا فيها بتعرّض ابنتيهما للقاصر للتحرش الجنسي من قبل مجهول. وبعد تحقيقات ميدانية دقيقة واستقصاءات، ومن خلال مراجعة تسجيلات كاميرات المراقبة، تم الاشتباه بثلاثة أشخاص، وتم توسيع التحقيق إلى أن تم تحديد هوية المشتبه به الرئيسي.
وبالفعل، تم استدراج وتوقيف المشتبه به في نفس اليوم، وهو قاصر لبناني الجنسية يدعى ر. ح. (مواليد عام 2008)، يعمل موظفًا متعاقدًا حديثًا في المشروع. أثناء التحقيق، أنكر في البداية علاقته بالحادث، إلا أنه اعترف لاحقًا بتحرّشه بعدد من الفتيات أثناء ممارستهن لعبة الانزلاق على الحبل.

Internal Security Forces Statement on Child Sexual Harassment Case in Mansourieh: Suspect Detained and Investigation Ongoing
The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued an important statement regarding the recent child sexual harassment incident involving several underage girls during a school activity at an open playground in Mansourieh, dated May 20, 2025.
The statement revealed that two citizens filed a complaint at the Bhamdoun precinct of the Regional Gendarmerie Unit, reporting that their minor daughters were sexually harassed by an unknown individual. Following meticulous field investigations and a thorough review of surveillance footage, three suspects were identified, and the investigation was expanded until the main suspect was identified.
The suspect, a Lebanese minor named R.H. (born 2008), recently employed as a contractual worker at the project, was lured and arrested the same day. Initially denying involvement during interrogation, he later confessed to harassing multiple girls while they were playing on the zipline.
Legal procedures were promptly undertaken, and the suspect was placed in custody to complete investigations under judicial orders.
The Internal Security Forces commended the bravery of the victims' families and urged everyone not to hesitate to report any abuse or harassment immediately, emphasizing the crucial role this plays in protecting the innocent and preventing recurrence of such crimes.
