وظيفة عامل/ة توعية في لبنان لدى منظمة ARCS – فرصة بدوام جزئي براتب ممتاز

الوصف الوظيفي:

تُعلن منظمة ARCS غير الحكومية عن حاجتها إلى تعيين عاملين/ت توعية (Outreach Worker) بدوام جزئي في مناطق عاليه والشوف في لبنان. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تعزيز دعم وتمكين المزارعين ورجال الأعمال الزراعيين من خلال تنفيذ مبادرات اجتماعية تركز على تعزيز الاستقرار والتماسك الاجتماعي والتقليل من النزاعات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • التعاون مع منسق المشروع والطاقم لتنفيذ خطة العمل.

  • تحديد المستفيدين الأكثر ضعفاً في القطاع الزراعي وريادة الأعمال الزراعية.

  • تقديم جلسات توعوية ومعلوماتية حول أهداف ومحتوى المشروع للمجتمع المحلي.

  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية لمتابعة تنفيذ آلية الصندوق الاجتماعي الدوار.

  • إعداد خطط شهرية مفصلة للأنشطة الميدانية.

  • متابعة التواصل مع المستفيدين والمشاركين في الدورات التدريبية.

  • كتابة تقارير دورية توضح تقدم الأنشطة ونتائجها.

  • الإشراف على إدارة قاعدة بيانات المستفيدين والوثائق الإدارية المرتبطة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

  • خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال التوعية أو العمل الميداني.

  • إتقان اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة.

  • مستوى جيد جدًا في اللغة الإنجليزية.

  • مهارات تواصل وتنظيم عالية.

  • الالتزام بسياسات النزاهة وعدم التمييز.

  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعامل مع بيئات متعددة الثقافات.

Part-Time Outreach Worker Job in Lebanon – Join ARCS NGO in Aley & Chouf Regions

Job Description:

ARCS NGO is seeking qualified Outreach Workers on a part-time basis for its projects in Aley and Chouf, Lebanon. The position focuses on empowering farmers and agri-business entrepreneurs by promoting social stability, community cohesion, and conflict mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the local project coordinator and team for activity implementation.

  • Identify the most vulnerable beneficiaries in active agriculture and agribusiness sectors.

  • Conduct informative sessions to explain the project’s objectives to beneficiaries and local communities.

  • Perform field visits to monitor the implementation of the Social Revolving Funds mechanism.

  • Prepare detailed monthly plans for outreach activities.

  • Maintain regular contact with beneficiaries regarding planned trainings.

  • Draft periodic narrative reports on project progress and impact.

  • Oversee the management of beneficiary databases and administrative documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in outreach or fieldwork.

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Very good command of English.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to integrity policies and non-discrimination.

  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
