الوصف الوظيفي:

تُعلن جمعية “عمل تنموي بلا حدود – نبع” عن حاجتها لتوظيف معلمة دعم تعليمي (RS Teacher) للمرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة برج حمود، بيروت. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تقديم الدعم التعليمي للطلاب الذين يواجهون تحديات في المواد الأساسية مثل اللغة العربية، الإنجليزية، والرياضيات، وذلك ضمن بيئة تعليمية شاملة وآمنة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط دراسية يومية مخصصة تلبي احتياجات الطلاب الفردية.

• تقييم مستوى الطلاب وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف لديهم.

• تطوير خطط دعم تعليمية فردية بناءً على تقييمات الطلاب.

• تقديم جلسات تعليمية تركز على تحسين مهارات القراءة، الكتابة، الاستماع، والرياضيات.

• متابعة تقدم الطلاب وتعديل الخطط التعليمية حسب الحاجة.

• إنشاء بيئة صفية داعمة تشجع على التعلم والمشاركة.

• التنسيق المستمر مع المشرفين وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن تقدم الطلاب والتحديات التي تواجههم.

• الالتزام بسياسات الحماية وسلامة الأطفال التي تعتمدها الجمعية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في التربية أو دبلوم تعليم معتمد.

• خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في مجال التعليم، ويفضل في برامج الدعم التعليمي.

• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

• قدرة على استخدام برامج الحاسوب الأساسية مثل Word وExcel.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• الموقع: بيروت – برج حمود، لبنان.

• مدة العقد: حتى ديسمبر 2025، مع إمكانية التجديد بناءً على الأداء وتوفر التمويل.

• الراتب: أقل من 800 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.

Exciting Job Opportunity: Elementary RS Teacher in Beirut – Nabaa Association

Job Description:

Developmental Action without Borders – Nabaa is seeking to hire an Elementary Remedial Support (RS) Teacher in the Bourj Hammoud area of Beirut. The role focuses on providing educational support to students facing challenges in core subjects such as Arabic, English, and Mathematics within an inclusive and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement daily lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.

• Assess students' levels to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

• Develop individualized remedial plans based on student assessments.

• Conduct educational sessions aimed at enhancing reading, writing, listening, and math skills.

• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching plans accordingly.

• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.

• Regularly coordinate with supervisors and submit weekly and monthly reports on student progress and encountered challenges.

• Adhere to the organization's child protection and safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a recognized Teaching Diploma.

• 1 to 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in remedial support programs.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Word and Excel.

Job Details:

• Location: Beirut – Bourj Hammoud, Lebanon.

• Contract Duration: Until December 2025, renewable based on performance and funding availability.

• Salary: Less than USD 800 per month.
