الوصف الوظيفي:

يعلن المجلس النرويجي للاجئين عن حاجته لتوظيف معلمين ومعلمات متخصصين في مجال الطفولة المبكرة للعمل ضمن برامجه التعليمية في منطقة الشمال بلبنان. يركز هذا الدور على تقديم تعليم نوعي للأطفال اللاجئين والأطفال من المجتمع المضيف الذين هم خارج النظام التعليمي الرسمي أو معرضون لخطر التسرب.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تقديم تعليم فعال باستخدام منهجية متنوعة تشمل العروض، النقاشات، والأنشطة التفاعلية.
تنفيذ منهج موحد معتمد من وزارة التربية اللبنانية مع إثرائه بأنشطة تنموية نفسية واجتماعية.
المحافظة على بيئة صفية آمنة وصديقة للطفل، واستخدام التأديب الإيجابي.
تقييم تقدم الطلاب دورياً من خلال اختبارات قبلية وبعدية.
دعم تسجيل الأطفال في البرامج التعليمية والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور.
تهيئة الصفوف بما يناسب الأعمار المختلفة، والإشراف على الطلاب أثناء دخولهم وخروجهم.
المشاركة في التدريبات والاجتماعات التي ينظمها المجلس.
استخدام وحماية المواد التعليمية والأدوات المقدمة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في علوم البيداغوجيا أو رياض الأطفال، وشهادة تدريس ميزة إضافية.
خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في التعليم أو التعليم غير الرسمي.
إتقان اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
مهارات تنظيمية واتصال فعالة، والقدرة على التعامل مع أولياء الأمور والطلاب.

Early Childhood Educator Jobs in Lebanon – Norwegian Refugee Council Hiring in North Lebanon

Job Description:

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators to join their educational programs in Northern Lebanon. This role supports refugee and vulnerable host community children who are out of school or at risk of dropping out, by providing quality education and preparing them for formal schooling.

Responsibilities:

Deliver effective teaching using diverse methods including demonstrations, discussions, and interactive activities.
Implement NRC’s standard curriculum enriched with psychosocial and life skills activities.
Maintain a child-friendly and safe classroom environment using positive discipline.
Conduct pre, post, and periodic assessments to track learner progress.
Support children registration and maintain classroom adaptation suitable for age groups.
Supervise students during arrival, departure, and between sessions.
Participate actively in all NRC training and educator meetings.
Utilize and safeguard educational materials and teaching aids.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogical Sciences or Kindergarten Education; teaching certification is a plus.
1 to 2 years’ experience in education or non-formal teaching.
Fluent Arabic in spoken and written form.
Strong organizational and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with supervisors and parents.
