يستمر التصعيد الإسرائيلي في لبنان بوتيرة متباينة، حيث تتنوع أشكال الخروقات الإسرائيلية، ولكن تبقى أهدافها ثابتة كما يؤكد أستاذ العلوم السياسية العميد الركن المتقاعد حسن جوني. في حديثه لـ “ليبانون ديبايت”، قال جوني إن الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الخروقات هو الضغط على لبنان لدفعه نحو التفاوض مع إسرائيل، ولو بطرق غير مباشرة، وهو ما يساهم في فرض واقع من شأنه إضعاف حزب الله وسحب سلاحه.

وأوضح العميد جوني أن الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الخروقات، رغم اختلاف أشكالها، يبقى واحدًا، وهو الضغط على لبنان بغية دفعه للتفاوض مع إسرائيل. وأضاف أن هذه الضغوط تتماشى مع الرؤية الأميركية التي تسعى إلى تسريع عملية نزع سلاح حزب الله من خلال تحفيز لبنان على التفاوض.
التصعيد الإسرائيلي: عامل إقليمي ودولي
وربط جوني هذه الخروقات بما يجري في المنطقة من تطورات، حيث تترابط الأحداث في الشرق الأوسط مع التوترات الإيرانية، بالإضافة إلى التطورات في اليمن. وتابع جوني مشيرًا إلى أن رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو يبدو في موقف معارض للسياسات الأميركية تجاه التطورات الإقليمية، خاصة مع الاختلافات في التوجهات بشأن التفاوض مع إيران.

وأعرب جوني عن تخوفه من أن هذه الخروقات قد تكون مقدمة لزيادة العمليات العسكرية الإسرائيلية في الأيام المقبلة، مشيرًا إلى أن لبنان لا يزال في عين العاصفة، مما يفتح المجال أمام مزيد من التصعيد العسكري.

Israeli escalation in Lebanon continues at varying levels, with the forms of Israeli violations changing, but their objectives remain the same, as confirmed by Political Science Professor and Retired Brigadier General Hassan Jouni. In his interview with Lebanon 24, Jouni explained that the primary goal of these violations is to pressure Lebanon into negotiating with Israel, even if indirectly, and create a situation that would make it easier to disarm Hezbollah.
Objectives of Israeli Violations
Jouni explained that the central aim of these violations, despite the changing forms, remains constant: pressuring Lebanon to negotiate with Israel. He added that this pressure is aligned with the U.S. vision that aims to accelerate the process of disarming Hezbollah through encouraging Lebanon to engage in negotiations.
Israeli Escalation: Regional and International Factors
Jouni linked these violations to broader events in the region, where developments in the Middle East are intertwined with Iranian tensions, as well as the situation in Yemen. He further pointed out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu seems to be in opposition to U.S. policies concerning regional developments, especially with the differences in approaches towards negotiating with Iran.
