“انتخابات بلدية شمال لبنان: اقتراع خجول وسط إشكالات أمنية وتدني المشاركة”

شهد شمال لبنان، اليوم الأحد، يومًا انتخابيًا عاصفًا تخلله العديد من الإشكالات والمشاكل في مراكز الاقتراع. ورغم بدء العملية الانتخابية في تمام الساعة السابعة صباحًا، إلا أن نسبة المشاركة كانت منخفضة، ما لفت انتباه المراقبين والمحللين السياسيين.

نسب الاقتراع عبر مختلف الأقضية:

طرابلس: بلغت نسبة الاقتراع 21% فقط.
قضاء بشري: وصلت نسبة الاقتراع إلى 31.60%.
الكورة: سجلت نسبة الاقتراع 34.98%.
زغرتا: النسبة كانت مشابهة للكورة عند 34.98%.
قضاء عكار: سجلت نسبة اقتراع 41.39%.
قضاء الضنية: وصل الاقبال إلى 43.47%.
البترون: سجل أعلى نسبة اقتراع في المناطق، حيث بلغت 44.51%.

الإشكالات التي طغت على المشهد الانتخابي:

رغم انخفاض نسبة المشاركة في معظم المناطق، إلا أن أبرز ما ميز اليوم الانتخابي في الشمال كان تزايد الإشكالات، التي بدأت من برقايل ومرّت عبر السفيرة، وصولًا إلى تكريت، بالإضافة إلى كفرياشيت وإيزال، وفنيق وبحنين ومارتوما وبخعون. هذه الإشكالات تسببت في تعكير صفو سير العملية الانتخابية.

وقد قامت قوى الأمن الداخلي باتخاذ تدابير صارمة في المناطق الساخنة، حيث عملت على تطويق الإشكالات التي نشأت في بعض المناطق لمنع عرقلة العملية الانتخابية.

تفاصيل إضافية:

في البترون، تم تقديم شكوى لمكتب أمن الدولة من قبل أحد المواطنين الذين اتهموا أحد المناصرين بحجز هويات لرجل وزوجته، بهدف ضمان تصويتهم للائحة معينة. وعلى إثر الشكوى، أوقف مكتب أمن الدولة الشخص المتهم والمواطن الذي قدم البلاغ.

رأي وزير الداخلية:

أثناء جولة تفقدية في عكار، أكد وزير الداخلية والبلديات أحمد الحجار أن الانتخابات تجري في جو من الديمقراطية والحرية، مشيرًا إلى أن بعض الإشكالات التي تم تسجيلها في بعض البلدات تمت معالجتها بشكل سريع من قبل الجيش اللبناني والقوى الأمنية المختصة.

وقال الحجار: “اليوم هو يوم ديمقراطي يعبّر فيه الناخبون عن آرائهم بحرية، ونحن نؤكد على حياد السلطة والاجهزة الأمنية كافة”. كما شكر وسائل الإعلام على دورها في تغطية اليوم الانتخابي بشكل محايد.

“Municipal Elections in Northern Lebanon: Low Turnout Amid Security Issues and Voting Challenges”

Northern Lebanon experienced a stormy election day on Sunday, with numerous issues cropping up at various polling stations. Despite the elections starting at 7 AM, voter turnout remained low, drawing the attention of both political analysts and observers.

Voter Turnout by Districts:

Tripoli: Voter turnout was only 21%.
Bsharri: Recorded a turnout of 31.60%.
Koura: Saw a turnout of 34.98%.
Zgharta: Turnout was also 34.98%.
Akkar: Recorded 41.39% turnout.
Dinniyeh: Turnout reached 43.47%.
Batroun: Saw the highest turnout, at 44.51%.

Election Day Issues:

Despite the relatively low turnout, what marked the election day in Northern Lebanon were the increasing issues across multiple regions. These problems started in Barka'il, passing through Saifi, reaching Takrit, with additional disturbances in Kfaryachit, Izal, Fneidk, Bhanine, Martouma, and Bakhoun. These incidents disrupted the electoral process.

Internal Security Forces acted swiftly in the more troubled areas, taking strict measures to control the situation and prevent any further disruption of the voting process.

Additional Details:

In Batroun, a complaint was filed with State Security after a supporter of a particular list allegedly seized the identity cards of a man and his wife to ensure their vote for the list. Following the complaint, State Security arrested the accused person and the complainant.

Interior Minister’s Statement:

During a visit to Akkar, Interior Minister Ahmed Hajjjar confirmed that the elections were proceeding with freedom and democracy, noting that the few issues recorded in certain villages were swiftly handled by the Lebanese Army and other security forces.

Hajjjar stated, “Today is a democratic day where voters express their opinions freely, and we emphasize the neutrality of the authorities and all security forces.” He also thanked the media for their impartial coverage of the election day.
