تعلن منظمة HAND في لبنان عن توفر فرصة عمل شاغرة لمنصب مدير/ة مشروع في منطقة البقاع – زحلة، وذلك ضمن قطاع التعليم، الغذاء، التغذية، والمأوى. تُعد هذه الفرصة مثالية للأفراد ذوي الخبرة الذين يسعون للعمل في بيئة ديناميكية، وتولي مسؤوليات متنوعة تتضمن التخطيط والإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع الإنسانية. تنتهي مهلة التقديم يوم الجمعة 25 أبريل 2025، مع عقد طويل الأمد يمتد حتى عام 2027.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• المسمى الوظيفي: مدير/ة مشروع

• القطاع: الأطفال والشباب، تنمية، التعليم، الغذاء والتغذية، المأوى والمواد غير الغذائية.

• الموقع: البقاع – زحلة، لبنان.

• مدة العقد: من مايو 2025 حتى يوليو 2027.

• الراتب: بين 1200 و 1500 دولار أمريكي شهرياً.

• المؤهل العلمي: شهادة بكالوريوس في التعليم، العلوم الاجتماعية، العلوم السياسية، أو مجالات ذات صلة.

• الخبرة المطلوبة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.

• اللغة المطلوبة: العربية بطلاقة، الإنجليزية ممتازة، الفرنسية بدرجة مبتدئ.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:

1. التخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع:

   • ضمان التنفيذ الكامل في الوقت المحدد للمشروع وفقًا للمقترحات المعتمدة.

   • إعداد خطط النشاط التفصيلية مع الفريق.

   • الإشراف على تحديد المستفيدين وضمان أن المشروع يفي بالحد الأدنى من المعايير الفنية.

2. إدارة الميزانية والتمويل:

   • إعداد ومراقبة وتنفيذ خطط المالية والمشتريات.

   • الموافقة على المشتريات والعقود والتحقق من تخصيص ميزانية بنود المشروع.

3. إدارة الفريق:

   • تحديد خطوط التقارير وإدارة عملية توظيف الفريق.

   • تقديم التدريب المستمر لتحسين أداء الفريق.

   • عقد اجتماعات دورية مع الفريق لمراجعة التقدم ومعالجة القضايا.

4. المراقبة والتقييم:

   • مراقبة استهداف المستفيدين ونتائج المشروع.

   • تطبيق نهج إدارة قائم على النتائج لتتبع التغيرات على مستوى الأسر والمجتمعات.

5. التقارير:

   • ضمان تقديم تقارير منتظمة وذات جودة عالية حول تقدم المشروع.

   • إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالتقدم الدوري والتقارير النهائية للممولين.

   • ضمان دقة الوثائق الداعمة والتوثيق السليم.

المتطلبات:

• التعليم: شهادة متقدمة في التعليم، العلوم الاجتماعية، العلوم السياسية، الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع تعليمية مشابهة.

• المهارات الأساسية: مهارات قوية في الإدارة، المالية، إدارة الميزانية، والتقارير.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Implementation:

   • Ensure the timely and complete implementation of the project as per the approved proposal.

   • Develop detailed activity plans with the team.

   • Oversee beneficiary targeting and ensure the project meets the minimum technical standards.

2. Financial Management:

   • Prepare, monitor, and implement financial and procurement plans.

   • Approve purchases/contracts and verify budget line allocations.

3. Team Management:

   • Establish reporting lines and manage team recruitment.

   • Provide continuous coaching to improve team performance.

   • Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress and address concerns.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation:

   • Monitor beneficiary targeting and project outcomes.

   • Apply a results-based management approach, tracking changes at household and community levels.

5. Reporting:

   • Ensure regular and high-quality reporting on project achievements and progress.

   • Prepare ad-hoc progress reports, interim, and final donor reports.

   • Ensure the accuracy of documentation and support materials.

Requirements:

• Education: Advanced degree in Teaching, Social Sciences, Political Science, Business, or related field.

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in managing similar educational projects.

• Professional Skills: Strong skills in administration, finance, budget management, and reporting.
