المسمى الوظيفي:
مسؤول/ة إدارة الحالات (Case Management Officer)

التقرير إلى:

• منسق حماية الأطفال
• مستشار حماية الأطفال
• أخصائي إدارة الحالات

الموقع:

• بيروت مع التنقل إلى المواقع الميدانية حسب الحاجة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على فرق إدارة الحالات:

  • إشراف ودعم فرق العمل في تنفيذ الأنشطة المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال وإدارة الحالات، مع التركيز على الأطفال المعرضين لمخاطر مثل الأطفال غير المصحوبين والعمالة للأطفال.
  • التعامل مع الأطفال والعائلات المعرضة للخطر، بما في ذلك اللاجئين والعائدين والأطفال في المجتمعات المضيفة.
  • التنسيق مع المنظمات الأخرى لضمان تقديم الدعم المناسب للأطفال والعائلات.

• الاستجابة للحالات الإنسانية الطارئة:

  • عند حدوث طارئ إنساني كبير، يجب أن يكون الموظف قادرًا على تعديل ساعات العمل والعمل وفقًا للظروف.

• إعداد التقارير والتوثيق:

  • كتابة تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن الحالات المتابعة وتقديمها للمشرفين.
  • تجميع البيانات وتحليلها لضمان تقديم الدعم اللازم للأطفال.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• درجة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو علم النفس أو الدراسات الاجتماعية ذات الصلة.
• أربع سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة الحالات في مجال حماية الأطفال، خاصة مع الأطفال غير المصحوبين أو في أسوأ حالات العمل.
• مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• معرفة بأنظمة الرعاية الاجتماعية وآليات حماية الأطفال في لبنان.
• خبرة سابقة في التنفيذ والإشراف على المشاريع في المجال الإنساني.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق.
• مهارات حل المشكلات والتفكير التحليلي.
• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة.
• القدرة على التفاعل مع الأسر والأطفال بشكل حساس وفعّال.

Job Description:

Job Title:
Case Management Officer

Reports To:

• Child Protection Coordinator
• Child Protection Advisor
• Case Management Specialist

Location:

• Beirut with travel to field sites as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management Supervision:

  • Supervise and support caseworkers in implementing child protection activities including addressing various vulnerabilities like unaccompanied children and child labor.
  • Work with vulnerable children and families, including refugees, returnees, and children in host communities.
  • Coordinate with other agencies to ensure comprehensive services are provided to children and families.

• Emergency Response in Humanitarian Situations:

  • In case of a major emergency, adapt working hours and respond to the crisis as required.

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Write weekly and monthly reports and provide them to supervisors.
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure children receive appropriate care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related social studies.
• Four years of experience working directly in child protection case management.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of social welfare systems and child protection mechanisms in Lebanon.
• Experience in project implementation and supervision in a humanitarian context.
