“الأمن يطيح بمرتكبي جريمة الزاهرية في طرابلس”
أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة، اليوم الجمعة، في بيان رسمي، تفاصيل الكشف عن ملابسات جريمة الزاهرية في طرابلس التي وقعت بتاريخ 22 كانون الأول 2024. وقد أثارت الجريمة موجة من الغضب في المدينة، وسط دعوات مكثفة من المواطنين للإسراع في تحديد هوية الفاعلين وتوقيفهم.
تفاصيل الجريمة: إطلاق نار ومطاردة الجناة
وفق البيان، قام مجهولان يستقلان دراجة نارية بإطلاق النار على المدعو م. ب. (28 عامًا، لبناني) أثناء وجوده داخل سيارته في منطقة الزاهرية – طرابلس، ما أدى إلى إصابته في منطقة البطن. ورغم نقله إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج، إلا أنه فارق الحياة متأثرًا بجراحه، فيما فرّ المهاجمان إلى جهة مجهولة.
تحرّك سريع من قوى الأمن الداخلي
فور وقوع الجريمة وانتشار خبرها على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، كُلفت قطعات قوى الأمن الداخلي بالتحري وجمع المعلومات من محيط مسرح الجريمة. وبعد عمليات استعلام مكثفة قامت بها شعبة المعلومات، تم التوصل إلى هوية المتورطَين وهما:
- ع. آ. (21 عامًا، لبناني)
- ع. ش. (24 عامًا، لبناني)
توقيف المشتبه بهما والكشف عن الدوافع
بتاريخ 31 كانون الأول 2024، وبعد عمليات مراقبة دقيقة، ألقت إحدى دوريات شعبة المعلومات القبض على المدعو ع. آ. في منطقة الزاهرية. وأثناء التحقيق، اعترف بأنه كان برفقة خاله ع. ش. على متن دراجة نارية استعارها من أحد أصدقائه بهدف التنزه، قبل أن يُقدم الأخير على إطلاق النار على الضحية دون علمه بنيّته المسبقة.
أما المدعو ع. ش.، فقد سلّم نفسه للسلطات بتاريخ 1 كانون الثاني 2025. وخلال التحقيق، أقر بإطلاق النار على الضحية نتيجة خلاف شخصي نشأ بينهما سابقًا بسبب حادث اصطدام بسيط تطور إلى تضارب.
الإجراءات القانونية
تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المتهمَين، حيث أودعا القضاء المختص بناءً على إشارته.

The Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces (ISF) – Public Relations Division announced today, Friday, the arrest of suspects involved in the Zahriyeh crime in Tripoli, which occurred on December 22, 2024. The incident sparked outrage among residents, who called for swift action to uncover the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
Incident Details: A Deadly Shooting
According to the official statement, two unidentified individuals riding a motorcycle opened fire on M.B. (28 years old, Lebanese) while he was inside his car in the Zahriyeh neighborhood. The victim was hit in the abdomen and was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The assailants fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
Prompt Action by the Internal Security Forces
Following the crime, and with the widespread dissemination of the news on social media, the ISF launched an intensive investigation. Through the efforts of the Information Division, authorities identified the two suspects:
- A.A. (21 years old, Lebanese)
- A.S. (24 years old, Lebanese)
Arrest and Motive Uncovered
On December 31, 2024, following meticulous monitoring, the ISF arrested A.A. in the Zahriyeh area. During interrogation, he admitted to accompanying his uncle, A.S., on a borrowed motorcycle for leisure. He stated that A.S. unexpectedly opened fire on the victim, resulting in his death.
On January 1, 2025, A.S. turned himself in to authorities. During questioning, he confessed to shooting the victim due to a prior altercation stemming from a minor car accident that escalated into a physical confrontation.
Legal Proceedings
The suspects were referred to the judiciary for further action, as per the instructions of the competent judicial authorities.
