عن منظمة Action Against Hunger:
منظمة أكتشن أغاينست هنغر هي منظمة غير حكومية دولية، خاصة، غير سياسية، غير دينية وغير ربحية تأسست في عام 1979. هدفها هو مكافحة الجوع والمواقف الخطيرة التي تهدد حياة الرجال والنساء والأطفال. يعمل في المنظمة أكثر من 500 موظف أجنبي وأكثر من 5000 موظف محلي في أكثر من 46 دولة، مع التركيز على أربعة مجالات رئيسية: التغذية، الصحة، الأمن الغذائي، والمياه والصرف الصحي.

في لبنان، يستمر تأثير الأزمة السورية في توليد ضغوط سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية، مما يترك أكثر من 1.5 مليون لاجئ في حالة من الضعف المتزايد. في هذا السياق، تواصل فرقنا استجابتها الإنسانية العالية، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على مناطق البقاع والشمال والجنوب من البلاد.

هدف الوظيفة:

سيتولى السائق مسؤولية نقل موظفي منظمة أكتشن أغاينست هنغر والسلع بشكل آمن وفعال وفي الوقت المحدد بين مكاتب المنظمة في صور، بيروت وزحلة، بالإضافة إلى المواقع الميدانية في لبنان. يتطلب المنصب التواجد الفعلي في مكتب صور.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. القيادة واللوجستيات (60%):

   • اتباع خطة الحركة الأسبوعية وفقًا لاحتياجات المشروع وتوجيهات مسؤول الأسطول ومدير اللوجستيات.
   • التأكد من إجراء الفحوصات اليومية للسيارة (مثل حالة الإطارات، الزيت، الوقود، المكابح).
   • الحفاظ على دفتر سجل السيارة وتلخيص الإجماليات شهريًا.
   • المسؤولية عن تزويد السيارة بالوقود يوميًا والحفاظ على نظافتها (داخلية وخارجية).
   • مساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ البضائع داخل السيارة.
   • تقديم الدعم في العمليات المتعلقة بالوثائق وفقًا لما يطلبه مسؤول الأسطول ومدير اللوجستيات.

2. المسؤوليات العامة (20%):

   • الالتزام بميثاق منظمة أكتشن أغاينست هنغر وقواعد السلوك الداخلي.
   • التوافر للعمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو خارج ساعات العمل عند الحاجة.
   • المشاركة في أي مهام أخرى لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.

3. التقارير (20%):

   • إبلاغ مدير الأسطول عن أي حادث أمني على الفور.
   • الالتزام بقواعد الأمان مثل استخدام حزام الأمان، حدود السرعة، والتقارير اليومية.
   • الحصول على تصريح أمني للمناطق المحددة من مدير الأسطول.
   • نقل الأشخاص والبضائع بشكل آمن وآمن.
   • الإبلاغ عن جميع تحركات المركبات إلى مدير الأسطول وضمان تسجيل استخدام السيارة بشكل صحيح.

4. الأمن:

   • الالتزام بقواعد الأمان المحددة في خطة الأمان الخاصة بالمهمة والقاعدة.
   • التأكد من أن الفريق تحت مسؤوليتك يلتزم بالبروتوكولات الأمنية وإبلاغ مديري الأمان بأي مخالفات.

5. دعم الأنشطة الإنسانية:

   • المساعدة في التدخلات الطارئة حسب الحاجة.
   • دعم الأنشطة التي تتماشى مع أهداف منظمة أكتشن أغاينست هنغر الإنسانية.

6. النوع الاجتماعي وحماية الأطفال (عبر القطاعات):

   • تعزيز بيئة آمنة وعادلة من خلال تطبيق بروتوكولات المنظمة ضد التحرش وسياسات النوع الاجتماعي.
   • ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الحماية وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين في الأنشطة الإنسانية والتنموية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• التعليم:

  • شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها.

• الخبرة:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل في دور مشابه، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع المنظمات الإنسانية أو مع الجهات المانحة الدولية.

• المهارات التقنية:

  • معرفة ميكانيكية بالسيارات وإدارة الأسطول.

• اللغات:

  • إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل اللغة الإنجليزية.

• المعرفة بالقطاع الإنساني:

  • الخبرة في العمل في القطاع الإنساني ميزة إضافية. المعرفة بأنشطة وأهداف منظمة أكتشن أغاينست هنغر تعد ميزة.

• التنقل:

  • السفر داخل لبنان مطلوب.

About Action Against Hunger:
Action Against Hunger is a leading international non-governmental, private, apolitical, and non-profit organization established in 1979. Our mission is to fight hunger and other dangerous situations that threaten the lives of men, women, and children. With over 500 expatriates and more than 5,000 staff members, we operate in more than 46 countries, focusing on four core areas: nutrition, health, food security, and water and sanitation.

In Lebanon, the ongoing Syrian crisis has caused political, social, and economic instability, resulting in over 1.5 million refugees facing increasing vulnerability. In this uncertain environment, Action Against Hunger continues to provide humanitarian aid, focusing particularly on areas in the Bekaa, northern Lebanon, and the south. Our partnerships with other organizations and local authorities remain central to our operations.

Job Purpose:

The Driver will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of Action Against Hunger staff and goods between the Tyre office, Beirut, Zahle, and various field locations across Lebanon. The position requires a physical presence at the Tyre office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving and Logistics (60%):

   • Follow the weekly movement plan as per the project’s needs and Fleet and Security Officer/Logistics Manager instructions.
   • Ensure daily technical checks on the vehicle (e.g., tire condition, oil, fuel, brakes).
   • Maintain the vehicle’s logbook and summarize monthly totals.
   • Responsible for daily fueling of the vehicle and ensuring it is kept clean (interior and exterior).
   • Assist with loading and unloading goods into the vehicle.
   • Provide assistance with documentation as required by the Fleet and Security Officer/Logistics Manager.

2. General Responsibilities (20%):

   • Adhere to the Action Against Hunger Charter and internal ethical guidelines.
   • Be available for weekend or out-of-office work when necessary.
   • Participate in any other tasks required to achieve the project’s objectives.

3. Reporting (20%):

   • Inform the Fleet Manager promptly about any security incidents.
   • Ensure compliance with security rules, including seatbelt use, speed limits, and daily reporting.
   • Obtain security clearance for specific areas from the Fleet Manager.
   • Transport both people and goods safely and securely.
   • Report all vehicle movements to the Fleet Manager and ensure proper vehicle use records are maintained.

4. Security:

   • Adhere to the security rules specified in the mission and base security plan.
   • Ensure the team under your responsibility complies with the security protocols and communicate any non-compliance to security managers.

5. Support Humanitarian Activities:

   • Assist in emergency interventions as needed.
   • Support activities aligned with Action Against Hunger’s humanitarian objectives.

6. Gender & Safeguarding (Cross-cutting):

   • Promote a safe and equitable environment by applying the organization’s protocols against harassment and gender policies.
   • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and promote gender equality within humanitarian and development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably with humanitarian organizations or international donors.

• Technical Skills:

  • Mechanical knowledge of vehicles and fleet management.

• Languages:

  • Fluent in Arabic; English is preferable.

• Humanitarian Sector Knowledge:

  • Experience working in the humanitarian sector is an advantage. Familiarity with Action Against Hunger’s work and areas of intervention is beneficial.

• Mobility:

  • National travel required within Lebanon.
