استغلال نزوح السكان للسرقة: الأمن الداخلي يوقف سوريين في منطقة صور

أصدرت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة بيانًا، جاء فيه:

“في إطار الجهود المستمرة التي تبذلها قوى الأمن الداخلي لمكافحة الجريمة على مستوى المناطق اللبنانية كافة، وخصوصًا في ظل الأوضاع الصعبة التي تمر بها البلاد، توافرت معلومات لدى شعبة المعلومات حول نشاط مشبوه لشخصين مجهولين يقومان بعمليات سرقة من شقق سكنية في منطقة صور والبلدات المجاورة، حيث استغلا نزوح السكان نتيجة الحرب لتنفيذ عمليات السرقة.”

وعليه، كثّفت الفرق المختصة ضمن الشعبة إجراءاتها الميدانية وجمعت معلومات دقيقة حول المشتبهين. وبعد التحريات، تم تحديد هوية الفاعلين، وهما:

• خ. ض. (مواليد عام 2000، يحمل الجنسية السورية)
• و. ع. ر. (مواليد عام 1983، يحمل الجنسية السورية)

وفي تاريخ 30 تشرين الأول 2024، نجحت إحدى دوريات الشعبة في توقيف المشتبه بهما في بلدة الشهابية – صور. وأثناء التحقيق، اعترفا بتنفيذ العديد من عمليات السرقة في منطقة صور وضواحيها، خصوصًا في بلدة الشهابية، حيث استغلا نزوح السكان كفرصة لسرقة ممتلكاتهم. وكشف المتهمان عن وجود كمية كبيرة من المسروقات في منزل أحدهما في بلدة برجا، تضمنت مصاغًا ذهبيًا، وهواتف، وساعات، وأغراض أخرى.

قامت دورية تابعة للشعبة بمداهمة المنزل المذكور، حيث ضبطت المسروقات، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المتهمين، وأحيلت القضية إلى القضاء المختص بناءً على توجيهاته.

Exploiting Population Displacement for Theft: Internal Security Arrests Two Syrians in Tyre

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division released a statement:

“In the framework of daily monitoring by the Internal Security Forces (ISF) to combat crimes across Lebanon, especially amidst the country's current challenges, information reached the ISF’s Information Branch about two unidentified individuals allegedly conducting thefts in residential apartments in the Tyre region and neighboring towns, exploiting the displacement of residents due to the ongoing conflict.”

In response, specialized teams from the Information Branch intensified their field operations and intelligence gathering efforts. Following thorough investigations, the identities of the suspects were confirmed as:

• K.D. (born in 2000, Syrian nationality)
• W.A.R. (born in 1983, Syrian nationality)

On October 30, 2024, a branch patrol successfully apprehended the suspects in the town of Al-Shahabiya, Tyre. During questioning, the suspects admitted to carrying out numerous thefts in the Tyre area, particularly in Al-Shahabiya, taking advantage of the residents' displacement to target their properties. They also disclosed the presence of a large stash of stolen items at one suspect's residence in the town of Barja, including gold jewelry, mobile phones, watches, and other valuables.

The branch patrol raided the designated residence, seized the stolen items, and undertook the necessary legal actions. The case was referred to the competent judiciary as per official instructions.
