الوصف الوظيفي:
تسعى منظمة World Vision، التي تملك أكثر من 70 عامًا من الخبرة، إلى مساعدة الأطفال الأكثر ضعفًا في التغلب على الفقر والتمتع بحياة كاملة. تتمثل وظيفة مسؤول/ة برنامج في التنسيق لعملية الحصول على الموارد وإدارتها لمكتب منظمة World Vision في لبنان، مع التركيز على النقاط الأساسية التالية:

التنسيق للحصول على المنح:
- إدارة عملية الحصول على المنح من الجهات المانحة العامة والخاصة، بما في ذلك البحث والتواصل مع الشركاء.

تقديم المشورة الفنية:
- دعم جودة التقارير وضمان الامتثال للمعايير في المنح الحالية.

التفاعل مع الجهات المانحة:
- تعزيز التواصل مع المانحين والشركاء المحليين والدوليين لدعم المنظمة.

تحقيق أهداف الدخل السنوي:
- قيادة جهود الحصول على المنح لتحقيق أهداف الدخل السنوي للمكتب.

إدارة المنح الفردية:
- دعم تطوير خطط التنفيذ المفصلة وأدوات إدارة المنح.
متطلبات العمل:
- خبرة سابقة: عامين على الأقل في مجالات كتابة الاقتراحات، كتابة التقارير، أو البحث الأكاديمي.
- معرفة القطاع: الإلمام بالقطاع الإنساني والتنمية الدولية.
- مهارات شخصية: تفكير نقدي، مهارات تواصل فعالة، وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Job Description:

The Programme Officer position involves coordinating the acquisition and management of resources for the World Vision Lebanon office, focusing on key activities such as:

Grant Acquisition Coordination:
- Manage the process of acquiring grants from public and private donors, including research and partner engagement.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance to ensure quality compliance and reporting for existing grants.

Donor Engagement:
- Enhance communication with local and international donors to support organizational goals.

Achieving Annual Income Targets:
- Lead grant acquisition efforts to meet the office's annual income targets.

Individual Grant Management:
- Support the development of detailed implementation plans and other management tools for grants.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Experience: At least two years in proposal writing, report writing, or academic research.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the international humanitarian and development sector.
- Interpersonal Skills: Critical thinking, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
