منظمة Action Against Hunger هي منظمة غير حكومية دولية خاصة وغير سياسية وغير دينية وغير ربحية، تم إنشاؤها في عام 1979. تهدف إلى مكافحة الجوع والأوضاع الخطرة التي تهدد الرجال والنساء والأطفال. حاليًا، يعمل 500 موظف أجنبي وأكثر من 5000 موظف محلي في أكثر من 46 دولة، في مشاريع تتعلق بأربعة مجالات رئيسية: التغذية، الصحة، الأمن الغذائي، والمياه والصرف الصحي.

الأهداف العامة:

سيساعد السائق مدير اللوجستيات في استخدام ومراقبة وتخطيط أسطول المركبات بكفاءة في القاعدة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيكون مسؤولًا عن صيانة سيارات Action Against Hunger والإبلاغ عن المشكلات الفنية بشكل دوري، والحفاظ على سيارات Action Against Hunger في حالة جيدة، والمتابعة بشأن أوراق سيارات Action Against Hunger مثل التأمين والتذاكر وأي مستندات أخرى في إدارة المرور اللبنانية.

المهام:

• المهمة 1: القيادة واللوجستيات (60%)

  • متابعة خطة الحركة الأسبوعية وفقًا لطلبات المشروع.
  • فحص الحالة الفنية للمركبة يوميًا.
  • إكمال سجل المركبات وتجميع الإجماليات شهريًا.
  • مسؤول عن تعبئة الوقود يوميًا.
  • تنظيف المركبة أسبوعيًا.
  • المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ الشحنات.

• المهمة 2: الهدف العام (30%)

  • احترام ميثاق Action Against Hunger.
  • التوفر للعمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع عند الحاجة.

• المهمة 3: التقارير (20%)

  • إبلاغ مدير الأسطول عن أي حادث أمني في الوقت المناسب.
  • الامتثال لقواعد الأمان الخاصة بـ Action Against Hunger.

Description:
Action Against Hunger is an international, private, apolitical, non-religious, and non-profit NGO established in 1979. Its goal is to combat hunger and dangerous situations threatening men, women, and children. Currently, 500 expatriates and over 5,000 local employees work for Action Against Hunger in more than 46 countries, focusing on four areas: nutrition, health, food security, and water and sanitation.

In Lebanon, the Syrian crisis continues to exert political, social, and economic pressure due to the ongoing war, leaving over 1.5 million refugees in a state of increasing vulnerability. In this climate of uncertainty, our teams have maintained high levels of humanitarian response and aid in Lebanon, particularly in the Bekaa and northern areas, as well as in the south, with a strong focus on partnerships and institutional strengthening.

General Objectives:

The Driver will assist the logistics manager in the efficient use, monitoring, and planning of the vehicle fleet at the base. Additionally, he will be responsible for maintaining Action Against Hunger vehicles, reporting technical issues regularly, and ensuring the vehicles are well-maintained while managing vehicle-related documents with the Lebanese Traffic Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Objective 1: Driving and Logistics (60%)

  • Follow the weekly movement plan based on project requests.
  • Daily check the vehicle's technical condition.
  • Complete the Vehicles Log Book and summarize totals monthly.
  • Responsible for daily fueling the vehicle.
  • Weekly cleaning of the vehicle.

• Objective 2: General Objective (30%)

  • Adhere to the Action Against Hunger Charter and internal ethics rules.
  • Be available to work on weekends if necessary.

• Objective 3: Reporting (20%)

  • Timely report any security incidents to the fleet manager.
  • Ensure compliance with security rules at all times.
