### Job Opportunity: Enumerator – North Lebanon (Pool)

#### About the Organization
**Solidarités International** is an international NGO working with vulnerable populations, particularly victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters. For nearly 40 years, the organization has specialized in covering vital needs, managing emergency and reconstruction programs. With respect for cultures and a close relationship with communities, Solidarités International combines its skills with those of its employees and local managers to implement its programs.

#### Responsibilities and Main Activities:
– Attend the HR induction session focusing on HR processes (including the SI Code of Ethics and Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, Daily Worker Policy, and an overview of the organization’s mandate and humanitarian values).
– Participate in training sessions related to the Baseline Study conducted by SI, including objectives and data collection tools.
– Conduct data collection using the Baseline study tool through KOBO on mobile phones or tablets.
– Collect accurate data at the community level and conduct various assessments and surveys based on needs.
– Conduct phone calls and field visits to assess cases and sites.
– Enter collected data into the system.
– Maintain organized files in the Solidarités office, accessible to the line manager.
– Report to the line manager about the progress of activities and specific tasks assigned, including any encountered issues and the quality of relationships with beneficiaries.
– Provide beneficiaries with information about SI’s mandate and activities, and represent Solidarités International when necessary.
– Attend daily debriefing sessions and communicate challenges encountered during data collection to the SI focal point.
– Participate in discussions about the data collection process.

#### Your Profile:
**Specific Skills and Experience:**
– At least a high school diploma and some understanding of English.
– Experience in data collection within humanitarian settings.
– Familiarity with mobile data collection software such as KOBO and/or ODK.
– Experience interacting with diverse vulnerable communities.

**Soft Skills:**
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Diplomacy and cultural sensitivity.
– Motivation and commitment to humanitarian work and values.

**Languages:**
– Arabic (Fluent)
– English (Basic)

– الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة في مكتب المنظمة، تكون متاحة للمدير المباشر.
– الإبلاغ عن تقدم الأنشطة والمهام المحددة، بالإضافة إلى أي مشاكل أو تحديات تواجه العمل.
– تقديم المعلومات للموظفين بشأن أنشطة المنظمة، وتمثيل التضامن الدولي عند الحاجة.
– المشاركة في جلسات التقييم اليومية وتقديم التحديات التي تواجه عملية جمع البيانات.

#### المتطلبات:
**المؤهلات والخبرات المحددة:**
– الحصول على شهادة ثانوية على الأقل مع فهم أساسي للغة الإنجليزية.
– خبرة سابقة في جمع البيانات في البيئات الإنسانية.
– معرفة باستخدام برامج جمع البيانات عبر الهاتف المحمول مثل KOBO و/أو ODK.
– القدرة على التعامل مع المجتمعات الضعيفة والمتنوعة.
