الرسم الإضافي على المحروقات “سيطبّق” لتأمين تمويل المنحة
كشف وزير المال ياسين جابر أن الرسوم على المحروقات ستعود مجددًا، وذلك في إطار التأكيد على أن المنحة المقدمة للعسكريين ستستمر من دون أن تؤثر على عجز الموازنة أو تلزم الحكومة بالاقتراض مجددًا. وأشار جابر إلى أنه سيتم تمويل المنحة عبر العودة إلى الرسوم على المحروقات، وهو قرار يعكس ضرورة تحقيق توازن مالي في الميزانية.
وفي حديثه لـ “نداء الوطن”، أبدى وزير المال تفاؤله الكبير بشأن المراجعة القانونية التي تمّ تقديمها إلى مجلس شورى الدولة عبر هيئة القضايا. وقال إن المراجعة التي تم تقديمها تَعدّ بأن القرار الذي سيُتخذ سيكون لصالح إعادة فرض الرسم الإضافي على المحروقات. وأوضح جابر أن الملف الذي تم تقديمه متماسك ويستند إلى حق السلطة التنفيذية في التشريع الجمركي، مما يعني أنه لا حاجة إلى مشروع قانون يُرسل إلى مجلس النواب لإقرار هذا الرسم.
ويعتبر جابر أن هذا القرار سيصدر في المدى القريب لمصلحة إعادة العمل في الرسوم، وهو ما سيساهم في حل مشكلة تمويل المنحة المقررة للعسكريين، ما يعني استمرارية الدعم لهم دون تأثير على الوضع المالي للدولة.
Additional Fuel Tax “Will Be Applied” to Secure Funding for the Grant
Finance Minister Yassine Jaber revealed that taxes on fuel will return, as the grant for military personnel will continue without increasing the budget deficit or requiring further borrowing. The minister emphasized that the funding for the grant will be secured through the reintroduction of fuel taxes, which reflects the need for financial balance in the budget.
In an interview with “Nidaa al-Watan,” Minister Jaber expressed great optimism regarding the legal review submitted to the State Shura Council via the Litigation Authority. He stated that the review promises that the decision made will favor the reimposition of the additional fuel tax. Jaber clarified that the file presented is solid and is based on the executive authority’s right to enact customs legislation, meaning there is no need for a draft law to be sent to the Parliament to approve this tax.
Jaber believes that this decision will be issued soon in favor of reinstating the taxes, which will contribute to solving the issue of funding the grant for military personnel, ensuring continued support for them without impacting the state's financial situation.
