بعد توقف قسري لخدماتها الإلكترونية… بيانٌ من “المالية”
أعلنت وزارة المالية في بيان لها أن أنظمتها الإلكترونية قد عادت للعمل بعد توقف قسري دام حوالي ثلاث ساعات صباح اليوم الأربعاء، وذلك نتيجة للضغط المتزايد على المولدات الكهربائية جراء موجة الحر الحالية، والاعتماد المستمر على المولدات لتوفير الطاقة.
وأوضحت الوزارة أنه أصبح بإمكان المستخدمين العودة إلى الأنظمة الإلكترونية لتقديم التصاريح بعد إعادة تشغيلها بشكل طبيعي. كما أكدت الوزارة أن خدمة الدفع ستعود للعمل بدءًا من الساعة الأولى بعد الظهر.
وأعربت وزارة المالية عن أسفها لهذا التوقف القسري، مشيرة إلى أن هذا الأمر كان خارجًا عن إرادتها، وداعية المعنيين إلى تفهّم هذه الظروف الطارئة.
After Forced Suspension of Electronic Services… Statement from the Ministry of Finance
The Ministry of Finance announced in a statement that its electronic systems are back to functioning after a forced shutdown that lasted about three hours this Wednesday morning. The disruption was caused by the increased pressure on electrical generators due to the current heatwave, and the continuous reliance on generators to provide power.
The Ministry clarified that users can now return to the electronic systems to submit their declarations after they were restored to normal operation. Additionally, the payment service will be available starting from the first hour in the afternoon.
The Ministry of Finance expressed regret for this forced shutdown, confirming that it was beyond their control, and urged stakeholders to understand the emergency circumstances.
