تنفيذ قرار مجلس شورى الدولة وفقًا للأصول القانونية
وأكد المكتب الإعلامي في وزارة المالية أنها تبلّغت صباح اليوم كتابًا رسميًا صادرًا عن الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء، يطلب منها تنفيذ قرار مجلس شورى الدولة، والذي يقضي بوقف العمل بالرسم الإضافي المفروض على المحروقات. ويأتي هذا القرار استنادًا إلى كتاب رسمي صادر عن وزارة الطاقة والمياه، تحت رقم 1401/ص، بتاريخ 21/07/2025، والمتعلق بتعديلات جدول تركيب الأسعار.

وختم البيان بالتأكيد على أن أي ادعاء يُحمّل وزارة المالية مسؤولية تأخير تسعير المحروقات أو تأخير توزيعها هو باطل قانونًا ولا يمتّ للحقيقة بصلة، مشددًا على التزام الوزارة الكامل بتطبيق القوانين والقرارات القضائية من دون أي تردد أو تأخير.
