عن Basmeh & Zeitooneh:
منظمة Basmeh & Zeitooneh هي منظمة لبنانية مسجلة، تهدف إلى خدمة اللاجئين والمجتمعات الضعيفة في لبنان من خلال ستة مراكز مجتمعية عبر البلاد. تنفذ المنظمة برامج تعليمية، إغاثية، لتوفير سبل العيش والحماية، وتهدف إلى أن تكون نقطة محورية شاملة وداعمة لجميع أفراد المجتمع.

تلتزم منظمة Basmeh & Zeitooneh بسياسة عدم التسامح مطلقًا مع الاستغلال الجنسي، والإساءة، وإساءة معاملة الأطفال، بالإضافة إلى الفساد، الرشوة، والأنشطة الفاسدة. كما أنها تحافظ على أمان وخصوصية المعلومات الشخصية لموظفيها وأفراد المجتمع.

هدف الوظيفة:
يلعب مشرف الطلاب دورًا حيويًا في دعم تنفيذ برنامج التعليم غير الرسمي. المسؤوليات تشمل مجموعة من المهام التي تهدف إلى ضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة، تعزيز حضور الطلاب، والمساعدة في تقديم التعليم عالي الجودة لجميع المتعلمين. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تنظيمية قوية، انتباهاً للتفاصيل، وشغفًا بتوفير فرص التعليم الشاملة.

المهام الرئيسية:

1. الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المتعلقة بالطلاب والموظفين في المدرسة.

2. دعم منسق المشروع في تسجيل الأطفال في البرامج التعليمية، ودعم إدخال البيانات.

3. التأكد من التزام المعلمين بسياسة حماية الطفل، وإبلاغ منسق المشروع بأي عيوب.

4. تسهيل تنفيذ العملية التعليمية وضمان تقديم الدروس بمستوى عالٍ يلبي احتياجات المعلمين والطلاب.

5. مسؤول عن سلامة الطلاب على الدرجات وأثناء الفترات بين الحصص.

6. ضمان تقييم التعليم بشكل شامل وفقًا لإجراءات التقييم التي يوجهها منسق المشروع.

7. التعاون الوثيق مع فريق الحماية.

8. متابعة حضور الطلاب والمعلمين في مجموعات التعلم عبر الإنترنت، وإبلاغ منسق المشروع بأي تأخير أو عيوب.

9. إدخال معلومات تسجيل الطلاب وحضورهم في التعليم الشخصي/عبر الإنترنت في قاعدة البيانات.

10. تحديث قاعدة البيانات وإبلاغ قسم MEAL بتقارير شهرية.

11. التعاون الوثيق مع مساعد DE ومساعد IT.

12. التأكد من وصول الطلاب والمعلمين إلى الفصل في الوقت المحدد، وإبلاغ منسق المشروع بأي تأخير.

13. جمع أوراق حضور الطلاب من المعلمين.

14. ضمان الالتزام بكل المتطلبات القانونية، بما في ذلك الصحة والسلامة، تقييمات المخاطر، حماية الطفل، والتأمين.

15. متابعة حضور الطلاب والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور عند الحاجة.

16. الحفاظ على الانضباط والتحكم في الفصول الدراسية لتوفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة وإيجابية لجميع الطلاب والموظفين.

17. ضمان الإشراف الكافي على صحة ورفاهية وسلامة جميع الطلاب.

18. اتخاذ جميع الاحتياطات اللازمة لحماية الطلاب والمعدات والمواد والمرافق.

19. الإبلاغ عن أي إصابات أو حوادث أو مشاكل تتعلق بالطلاب إلى منسق المشروع فورًا أو في أقرب وقت ممكن.

20. متابعة المشاكل الفنية التي يرسلها الطلاب عبر مجموعات التعلم عبر الإنترنت وإحالتها إلى القسم المعني.

21. ضمان مغادرة جميع الطلاب للغرفة الدراسية قبل مغادرة المبنى.

22. إعادة المواد التعليمية والمعدات والمفاتيح إلى المكان المناسب.

23. أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة وفقًا لسياسات وممارسات المدرسة.

Job Purpose:
The Students Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the implementation of the non-formal education program. Responsible for various tasks, the Students Supervisor ensures smooth operations, promotes student attendance, and assists in delivering quality education to all learners. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing inclusive education opportunities.

Major Activities:

1. Maintain and respect the confidentiality of student and school personnel information.

2. Support the Project Coordinator in registering children in education programs and assist with data entry.

3. Ensure that teachers adhere to the child protection policy and inform the Project Coordinator of any issues.

4. Facilitate the delivery of the education process and ensure all sessions meet the needs of teachers, students, and organizational requirements.

5. Ensure student safety during breaks and on stairs.

6. Evaluate the education delivery as directed by the Project Coordinator.

7. Close cooperation with the protection team.

8. Follow up on the attendance of students and teachers in online learning groups and inform the Project Coordinator of any delays or issues.

9. Enter student registration and attendance data into the database for in-person/online education.

10. Update and report to the MEAL department on a monthly basis.

11. Close cooperation with the DE assistant and IT assistant.

12. Ensure that students and teachers attend class on time, and inform the Project Coordinator of any delays.

13. Collect student attendance sheets from teachers.

14. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including health and safety, risk assessments, child protection, and insurance.

15. Follow up on the attendance of students and communicate with parents as needed.

16. Maintain discipline and classroom control, creating a positive and safe learning environment for all students.

17. Ensure proper supervision to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of all students.

18. Report any student injuries, accidents, or issues to the Project Coordinator immediately.

19. Resolve any technical problems from students in online learning groups and refer them to the relevant department.

20. Ensure that all students leave the classroom before leaving the building.

21. Return instructional materials, equipment, and keys to the appropriate places.

22. Perform other related duties as needed.
