مشرف/ة تربوي في مركز NISCVT Makani (البداوي)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  1. الإشراف على تنفيذ برامج دعم التعلم وبرامج رياض الأطفال في مراكز NISCVT.

  2. مراقبة أنشطة البرامج واقتراح التعديلات اللازمة بناءً على الملاحظات والنتائج في الميدان.

  3. التأكد من الفهم السليم واستخدام أدوات المتابعة من قبل الموظفين بالتعاون مع فرق البيانات والرصد والتقييم.

  4. الإشراف على جمع البيانات في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية لدعم تحسين البرنامج.

  5. التنسيق وتنظيم زيارات متابعة للمدارس التابعة لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (UNRWA) لمراقبة التقدم الأكاديمي والسلوكي والعاطفي للمستفيدين.

  6. عقد اجتماعات منتظمة مع المستفيدين من دعم التعلم لتقييم تطورهم الأكاديمي والسلوكي.

  7. التنسيق مع مركز الإرشاد الأسري بشأن المستفيدين المحالين والمتابعة لضمان انتظام حضورهم لتلقي الدعم المطلوب.

  8. الحفاظ على تقارير دقيقة لكل حالة للأطفال في قسم رياض الأطفال ودعم التعلم لتتبع احتياجاتهم والتدخلات اللازمة.

  9. دعم المعلمين في إدارة سلوك الفصل الدراسي والحفاظ على التواصل القوي مع الآباء والمرافقين.

  10. دعم عملية توظيف موظفي التعليم بما في ذلك معلمي رياض الأطفال ودعم التعلم.

  11. التنسيق مع فرق اللوجستيات والمشتريات لتأمين وتوزيع المواد التعليمية والإمدادات.

  12. التنسيق الوثيق مع منسق مركز “Makani” وتقديم الدعم في جمع البيانات التعليمية وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالمشاريع التعليمية.

  13. المشاركة في جلسات التدريب الداخلية والخارجية ذات الصلة.

Job Description:
Education Supervisor at NISCVT Makani Center (Beddawi)

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the implementation of learning support and kindergarten programs across NISCVT centers.

  2. Monitor program activities and propose necessary adjustments to the NISCVT Makani Centers' project manager and education coordinator based on field observations and outcomes.

  3. Ensure proper understanding and use of monitoring tools by staff, in collaboration with the Data and M&E teams.

  4. Oversee timely and high-quality data collection to support program improvement.

  5. Coordinate and conduct follow-up visits to UNRWA schools to monitor the academic, behavioral, and emotional progress of beneficiaries/children.

  6. Meet regularly with Learning Support beneficiaries to assess academic and behavioral development.

  7. Liaise with the Family Guidance Center regarding referred beneficiaries and follow up on their attendance to ensure they receive necessary support.

  8. Maintain accurate case reports for each child in both Kindergarten and Learning Support sections to track student needs and interventions.

  9. Support educators in managing classroom behavior and maintaining communication with parents and caregivers.

  10. Support the recruitment process for education staff, including kindergarten and learning support teachers.

  11. Liaise with logistics and procurement teams to secure and distribute educational materials and supplies.

  12. Coordinate closely with the Makani Coordinator and provide support in collecting educational data and completing reports.

  13. Participate in relevant internal and external training sessions.

  14. Adhere to the Child Protection Policy and ensure confidentiality and child-centered practices at all times.
