التهديدات تتصاعد في لبنان، حيث يواجه هذا البلد العديد من التحديات الأمنية والسياسية التي تهدد استقراره. بين الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية المتكررة، والتوترات الإقليمية المتزايدة، والمشاكل الداخلية التي لا تهدأ، يجد لبنان نفسه في قلب أزمة عميقة. وفي هذا السياق، تطفو على السطح أصوات تحذّر من خطر استمرار الوضع الحالي الذي يتضمن ترك السلاح خارج مظلة الدولة، وغياب القرار السيادي الموحد، مما يمنح إسرائيل ذريعة مستمرة للقيام باعتداءاتها.
النائب مصطفى علوش يؤكد في حديث خاص لـ”ليبانون ديبايت” أنه “من غير الممكن كلبنانيين أن نتجاهل الاعتداء الأخير على الضاحية الجنوبية الذي يمثل اعتداءً على لبنان ككل”، مشيرًا إلى ضرورة مناقشة القضايا المرتبطة بسلاح حزب الله، بالإضافة إلى قضايا أخرى كالتواصل مع العدو أو مسائل العمالة، من خلال الأطر القانونية والرسمية وليس عبر وسائل الإعلام.
وعن الوضع الأمني في لبنان، يرى علوش أن “عجز العهد والحكومة عن أداء مسؤولياتهما الأساسية، وخاصة حصر السلاح تحت سلطة الدولة، يمنح إسرائيل الفرصة المستمرة لتبرير تصعيداتها واعتداءاتها. بالنسبة لإسرائيل، لم يعد سلاح حزب الله يتمتع بالقوة الإقليمية السابقة، خصوصًا بعد التغيرات في الساحة السورية، لكن إسرائيل تسعى إلى إبقاء التوتر قائمًا في مناطق متعددة مثل غزة والضفة الغربية وغيرها، من أجل تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية، خاصة دفع الفلسطينيين إلى مغادرة أراضيهم”.
وفيما يتعلق بالتفاعل الدولي، يشير علوش إلى أن “التصعيد الإسرائيلي مستمر، ورغم وجود خلافات بين تل أبيب وواشنطن حول بعض القضايا، خاصة في ملف إيران، إلا أن إسرائيل تسعى للحفاظ على إيران كعدو دائم للولايات المتحدة، لتمرير منطق الصراع، واستخدامه كحجة لتبرير اعتداءاتها تحت عنوان حماية أمنها”.
أما عن المبادرات الاقتصادية مثل “صفقة القرن”، فيرى علوش أن “مشروع ترمب الاقتصادي لغزة ربما يتشابه مع الطرح الإسرائيلي من حيث الشكل، لكن الأهداف مختلفة، حيث أن إدارة ترمب ترى هذا الطرح كحل اقتصادي مؤقت، بينما إسرائيل تسعى لتفريغ غزة من سكانها بشكل دائم”.
الوضع اللبناني كما يوضحه علوش: “لا يمكن للبنان أن يحقق الاستقرار طالما أن السلاح خارج سيطرة الدولة. الاستمرار في هذا الوضع سيؤدي إلى تعطيل أي فرصة للنمو الاقتصادي وجذب الاستثمارات، سواء من اللبنانيين المغتربين أو من المستثمرين الخليجيين والأجانب. المجتمع الدولي، وخاصة الولايات المتحدة، يشترط تقديم الدعم المالي للبنان بتحقيق الاستقرار وقيام دولة ذات سلطة واحدة واضحة، بينما تستخدم إسرائيل غياب هذه السلطة كذريعة لاستمرار اعتداءاتها”.
أما عن سلاح حزب الله، فيؤكد علوش أنه لا يمكن حصره بسهولة نظرًا لتعقيد أبعاده الإقليمية والمحلية. إذ يتداخل الملف النووي الإيراني مع الوضع المحلي في لبنان، بالإضافة إلى القضايا الداخلية العالقة مثل قضية مرفأ بيروت، واغتيال الناشط لقمان سليم، واغتيال الشهيد رفيق الحريري، التي لا تزال جزءًا من المشهد السياسي والأمني في لبنان.
Lebanon Faces Escalating Israeli Threats: Hezbollah’s Weapons and the Struggle for National Stability
Lebanon is facing an escalating security and political crisis, marked by recurring Israeli attacks, rising regional tensions, and ongoing domestic instability. Amidst these challenges, Lebanon finds itself at the heart of an unyielding storm. Within this tumultuous context, concerns are rising over the risks associated with leaving weapons outside the state's control, and the lack of unified sovereign decision-making, with Israel exploiting this reality to justify its persistent attacks.
Former MP Mustafa Alloush, in an exclusive interview with “Lebanon Debate,” stressed that “as Lebanese, we cannot overlook the recent attack on the southern suburbs, which is an attack on Lebanon as a whole.” He emphasized that issues related to Hezbollah's weapons, as well as matters such as communication with the enemy or allegations of collaboration, should be discussed within legal and official frameworks, not through media outlets.
Alloush also pointed out that “the failure of both the presidency and the government to fulfill their fundamental responsibilities, especially the restriction of weapons under the state's authority, provides Israel with a constant pretext to justify its escalation and attacks. For Israel, Hezbollah’s weapons no longer hold the same regional power they once had, particularly after the changes in the Syrian landscape. However, Israel aims to keep tensions high in areas like Gaza, the West Bank, and beyond, to serve its strategic goals, primarily to push Palestinians off their land.”
Regarding the international context, Alloush observed that “Israeli escalation continues, and while there may be disagreements between Tel Aviv and Washington over certain issues, especially the Iranian file, Israel strives to maintain Iran as a permanent enemy of the United States, thereby sustaining the logic of conflict and using it as an excuse to justify attacks under the guise of security.”
On initiatives like the “Trump Plan,” Alloush stated that “Trump's economic proposal for Gaza might resemble the Israeli approach in form, but the objectives differ. The Trump administration views the proposal as a temporary economic solution, while Israel aims to permanently depopulate Gaza.”
As for Lebanon’s situation, Alloush emphasized that “Lebanon cannot achieve stability as long as weapons are outside state control. Maintaining the status quo will obstruct any potential for economic growth or attracting investment, whether from expatriate Lebanese or from Gulf and foreign investors. The international community, particularly the United States, links financial support for Lebanon to achieving stability and establishing a single, clear authority. Meanwhile, Israel uses the absence of such authority as an excuse to continue its attacks.”
Regarding Hezbollah's weapons, Alloush remarked that these cannot be easily confined due to their complex regional and local implications. The Iranian nuclear issue intersects with the local situation in Lebanon, in addition to unresolved domestic issues like the Beirut Port explosion, the assassination of activist Lokman Slim, and the murder of martyr Rafik Hariri, all of which remain part of Lebanon’s ongoing political and security challenges.
