بعيدًا عن الطابع العسكري للهجوم الإسرائيلي على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، الذي وقع الخميس الماضي، تكشف مصادر عن وجود رسائل سياسية متعددة أرادت إسرائيل توجيهها عبر هذا الهجوم، سواء على الصعيد الدولي أو تجاه الداخل اللبناني.
رسائل إسرائيل على الصعيد الدولي
من الواضح أن إسرائيل تريد إرسال رسالة حول علاقة “حزب الله” مع أطراف دولية وازنة، حيث جاء الهجوم بعد اجتماع بين مسؤول وحدة التنسيق والإرتباط في “حزب الله”، وفيق صفا، ومنسقة الأمم المتحدة في لبنان، جينين هينيس-بلاسخارت. الاجتماع الذي أغضب إسرائيل أعطاها ذريعة للتصعيد العسكري، إذ تهدف تل أبيب إلى إعادة “حزب الله” إلى “المربع الذي تريده”، مما يعني تأكيد استمرار الحزب في تعزيز قوته العسكرية، وبالتالي تجب محاربته على كافة الأصعدة.
وتؤكد المصادر العسكرية لـ”لبنان24″ أن إسرائيل تسعى لقطع طرق الإمداد ووقف التقدم العسكري لـ”حزب الله” في حين لا ترغب في الاعتراف الدولي به. في الوقت نفسه، توجه إسرائيل رسالة واضحة إلى الولايات المتحدة بأنها لن تسمح للحزب بتطوير نفسه وتهديد استقرار لبنان، مما يشير إلى الدعم الأميركي لتكثيف الضغط على “حزب الله” في المرحلة القادمة.

Beyond the military nature of the Israeli strike on the southern suburbs of Beirut last Thursday, sources reveal that Israel sought to send multiple political messages through this attack, both internationally and internally within Lebanon.
Israel's Messages on the International Level
It is clear that Israel aims to send a message regarding “Hezbollah's” relationship with significant international players. This strike followed a meeting between Hezbollah's Coordination and Liaison Unit head, Wafiq Safa, and UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert. The meeting, which angered Israel, provided it with a pretext for military escalation. Tel Aviv’s objective is to push Hezbollah back to “its desired position,” aiming to curb the group's military progress and cut off supply lines.
Military sources tell “Lebanon24” that Israel wants to prevent any international recognition of Hezbollah's growing strength and continues to target its military infrastructure. Furthermore, Israel seeks to send a clear message to the United States that it will not accept Hezbollah's continued rise, thereby pushing the U.S. to intensify pressure on Hezbollah in the near future.
The Attack’s Internal Lebanese Message
