الوصف الوظيفي:
تسعى منظمة Plan International إلى تعيين مدير/ة للعمليات والأمن لتقديم دعم فعّال وفعّال لبرنامج المنظمة الاستراتيجي من خلال قيادة القسم المعني. يتضمن الدور مسؤولية تطوير أنظمة وإجراءات اللوجستيات والمشتريات، إدارة علاقات الموردين، وضمان الامتثال في المنظمة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيكون المدير/ة مسؤولًا عن مراقبة بيئة الأمان والسلامة في لبنان من خلال إقامة والحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية مع المسؤولين الحكوميين والأقران، والتأكد من تحديث ومراجعة البروتوكولات الأمنية بشكل دوري. كما سيكون عليه/ا المساهمة في تنفيذ السياسات الأمنية العالمية للمنظمة وتسهيل تطبيق معايير الإجراءات الأمنية.
المهام الرئيسية:

دعم تنفيذ استراتيجية Plan International في لبنان.

تقديم استشارات مستمرة لفريق القيادة الوطني بشأن القضايا التشغيلية والأمنية.

التنسيق بين رؤساء الأقسام (HoDs) لتحديد الإجراءات التشغيلية.
-
تدريب الموظفين على الإجراءات الأمنية، التقييمات الأمنية، ودورات تدريبية خارجية إذا لزم الأمر.
المتطلبات:
-
درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص مشابه.
-
خبرة بين 5 و10 سنوات في مجال العمليات والأمن.
-
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية، مع معرفة أساسية باللغة الفرنسية.
-
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات الأمنية بفعالية.

Job Description:
Plan International is seeking an Operations and Security Manager to provide effective support in implementing the organization's strategic objectives. The role includes developing logistics and procurement systems and procedures, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance within the organization. The manager will also oversee the security and safety environment in Lebanon by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with government officials and peers, ensuring that security protocols are regularly reviewed and updated. Furthermore, they will contribute to implementing global security policies and facilitate the rollout of security standards and operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of Plan International's strategy in Lebanon.

Provide ongoing advice to the Country Leadership Team on operational and security matters.

Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to implement operational procedures.

Train staff on operational procedures, security guidelines, and conduct external training when necessary.
Requirements:
-
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

5-10 years of experience in operations and security.

Fluency in Arabic and English, basic proficiency in French.

Ability to work under pressure and ensure effective implementation of security measures.
