في ظل استمرار التصعيد الإسرائيلي، أكد وزير العمل الدكتور محمد حيدر، في بيان له، أن العدوان الإسرائيلي الأخير يعكس مجددًا طبيعته العدوانية، من خلال استهدافه المباشر لمبانٍ سكنية في مناطق مكتظة بالمدنيين، في انتهاك صارخ لقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي 1701 والقانون الدولي الإنساني.
ووصف حيدر هذا الاعتداء بأنه جريمة واضحة بحق المدنيين الأبرياء، حيث استهدفت الغارات الإسرائيلية المباني السكنية تحت ذرائع واهية، في وقت حساس، عشية عيد الأضحى المبارك. وأضاف أن هذا الهجوم هو محاولة مكشوفة لإرهاب اللبنانيين وتعكير صفو الأعياد، في خطوة تهدف إلى زيادة التوتر وعدم الاستقرار في المنطقة.
وأشار حيدر إلى أن هذا التصعيد الإسرائيلي المستمر منذ 8 أكتوبر الماضي يشكل تهديدًا مباشرًا للأمن والاستقرار في لبنان، واصفًا الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية بأنها ممنهجة، وتستهدف المدنيين والبنية التحتية. كما دعا المجتمع الدولي، والدول الراعية لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، إلى اتخاذ إجراءات رادعة ضد إسرائيل التي تتجاهل بشكل سافر جميع المواثيق الدولية.
وشدد وزير العمل على تمسك لبنان بسيادته وكرامته، مؤكدًا أن الحكومة اللبنانية تواصل التنسيق مع جميع الجهات المعنية داخليًا ودوليًا من أجل تأمين حماية المدنيين وتعزيز صمودهم في وجه العدوان الإسرائيلي. وأعرب عن أمله في أن يحمل عيد الأضحى في أيامه القادمة بارقة أمل وأمن للبنانيين، على الرغم من محاولات العدو تقويض الأمل في المستقبل.

In the face of ongoing Israeli escalation, Minister of Labor Dr. Mohammad Haidar issued a statement confirming that the recent Israeli aggression once again exposes its aggressive nature by directly targeting residential buildings in civilian-populated areas.
