أعلنت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود عن وظيفة شاغرة في لبنان لموقع مشرف لوجستي (Logistics Supervisor) في القطاع الصحي. المنظمة تبحث عن مرشح مناسب للعمل ضمن فريقها في مهمتها الإنسانية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها، أو دبلوم تقني.
خبرة عملية بين سنتين و 3 سنوات في وظيفة إشرافية، ويفضل في المنظمات الإنسانية.
إجادة اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
إلمام باستخدام الكمبيوتر (MSF Office).

المهام الرئيسية:

الإشراف على الأنشطة اللوجستية اليومية وتوفير الصيانة لمعدات أطباء بلا حدود والمرافق بما يتوافق مع المعايير والبروتوكولات الخاصة بالمنظمة.
إدارة فرق العمل اللوجستي من خلال الإشراف اليومي، ورصد جودة العمل، وتنظيم جدول العمل.
إدارة وصيانة الأسطول من المركبات وتحديد أولويات الصيانة الوقائية والعلاجية.
التنسيق والإشراف على العمليات اللوجستية المتعلقة بالطلبات الواردة من مختلف الأقسام والمرافق الصحية.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية بشكل دوري لتفقد المرافق وإبلاغ أي مشاكل أو شذوذ عن الأنظمة.

المتطلبات الخاصة بالموقع:

المتابعة الدقيقة لأعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات في المرافق الصحية.
إدارة العلاقات مع مقدمي الخدمات والمتابعة اليومية للأعمال المنجزة.
الإشراف على التخزين وإدارة المخزون وتحديث سجلات المعدات.

“Job Opening at Médecins Sans Frontières: Logistics Supervisor for Health Sector in Lebanon”

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join their health sector operations in Lebanon. The position is a full-time contract for 6 months, including a 3-month probationary period, with a potential extension.

Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Sector: Health
Contract Duration: 6 months (including 3 months probation, extendable)
Location: Lebanon
Salary Range: $1500 – $2000 per month
Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or similar, or a technical diploma.
2 to 3 years of supervisory experience, with at least 1 year in a humanitarian organization.
Fluency in Arabic and Intermediate English essential.
Proficiency in computer applications (MSF Office).

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee daily logistics activities and provide maintenance to MSF equipment and facilities according to MSF standards and protocols, ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition.
Lead and supervise the logistics team, ensuring proper daily supervision, quality monitoring, and task assignment.
Manage vehicle fleet maintenance, ensuring timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all vehicles.
Coordinate and monitor orders from different departments, organizing and ensuring proper material reception and shipment.
Conduct regular visits to facilities, reporting any issues or anomalies, and evaluating rehabilitation needs as directed.

Specific Accountabilities for MSF:

Supervising maintenance and repairs in two MSF clinics and offices, ensuring that all equipment remains functional.
Follow-up on service providers and ensure quality service delivery at competitive prices.
Ensure the vehicle fleet is adequately insured, properly licensed, and fuel management is effective.
Monitor the logistics of external service providers for activities such as water and electricity provision, waste management, etc.
