تعلن منظمة IOCC (اللجنة الدولية للإغاثة) عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة اختصاصيين اجتماعيين للعمل مع الأشخاص ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (PWSN) في مناطق الشمال اللبناني، ضمن مشروع يتضمن العمل مع الفئات الأكثر حاجة وتقديم الدعم والرعاية للمستفيدين.

تفاصيل الوظيفة

• المنصب: اختصاصي اجتماعي (PWSN Social Worker)

• الموقع: الشمال / لبنان

• نوع العقد: استثاري

• مدة العقد: حتى 31 ديسمبر 2025 مع إمكانية التمديد

• آخر مهلة للتقديم: الجمعة 16 مايو 2025

• الراتب: يتراوح بين 800 و 1200 دولار أمريكي

• درجة التعليم: بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو أي مجال ذي صلة

• الخبرة المطلوبة: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات

• اللغات: العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة

• المهام الأساسية:

  • تحديد الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتوجيههم إلى خدمات الرعاية المناسبة

  • إجراء التقييمات والفرز الفعال للحالات

  • تقديم المساعدة للمستفيدين وتوجيههم إلى الخدمات المتاحة

  • متابعة الحالات المحالة لضمان حصولهم على الخدمات اللازمة

  • تقديم جلسات توعية حول الخدمات المتاحة

  • التنسيق مع المنظمات غير الحكومية والشركاء المحليين

  • العمل مع فريق متعدد التخصصات لمناقشة الحالات وتقديم التدخل المناسب

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• المهارات: مهارات تنظيمية، تواصل ممتاز، كتابة تقارير، القدرة على العمل مع الفئات الضعيفة

• الخبرة العملية: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات، مع خبرة سابقة في العمل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والفئات الضعيفة

• الموقع: سيتم العمل من المكتب في ميناء طرابلس، مع زيارات ميدانية متكررة إلى الشمال وعكار

Job Details

• Position: Social Worker (PWSN Social Worker)

• Location: North Lebanon

• Contract Type: Consultancy

• Contract Duration: Till December 31st, 2025, with the possibility of extension

• Education: Bachelor's in Social Work or relevant field

• Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

• Location: Based in Mina office, with frequent field visits to Northern Lebanon and Akkar
