“تدابير سير مشددة تزامنًا مع الانتخابات البلدية في الشمال وعكار”

أصدرت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي، شعبة العلاقات العامة، اليوم الجمعة، بلاغًا يوضح التدابير والإجراءات المتخذة بالتزامن مع الانتخابات البلدية والاختيارية في محافظتي الشمال وعكار.

وفي إطار تنفيذ القرارات الصادرة عن وزير الداخلية والبلديات، العميد أحمد الحجار، وضمن استعدادات الوزارة لإجراء الانتخابات يوم الأحد المقبل، تقرر اتخاذ مجموعة من التدابير لتنظيم حركة السير وضمان سير العملية الانتخابية بسلاسة، وجاءت هذه التدابير كالتالي:

أولاً: منع سير الشاحنات:

يُمنع سير الشاحنات اعتبارًا من الساعة 12:00 ظهر يوم السبت 10-5-2025 حتى الساعة 11:00 من صباح يوم الاثنين 12-5-2025.

• الاستثناءات:

  • الشاحنات المحمّلة بالدقيق المخصصة للأفران.

  • شاحنات نقل المطبوعات.

  • صهاريج توزيع المحروقات.

  • شاحنات نقل النفايات.

  • الشاحنات المعنية بنقل المعدّات والتجهيزات إلى مراكز الاقتراع.

  • شاحنات القوى المسلحة، الدفاع المدني، البلديات، المؤسسات العامة، سيارات الإطفاء، والصليب الأحمر اللبناني.

ثانيًا: منع سير الدراجات الآلية:

يُمنع سير الدراجات الآلية ابتداءً من الساعة 7:00 صباحًا يوم الأحد 11-5-2025 وحتى الساعة 12:00 منتصف الليل من يوم الانتخابات.

• الاستثناءات:

  • الدراجات الآلية التابعة للأجهزة الأمنية والإدارات والمؤسسات العامة.

  • الدراجات الآلية التابعة للبلديات واتحادات البلديات والمصالح المستقلة.

  • دراجات خدمة “DELIVERY” الخاصة بالمطاعم والصيدليات ووكالات الأنباء والإعلام والصحفيين والمصورين وشركات توزيع الصحف والمجلات الحاصلة على ترخيص من وزارة الداخلية.

ثالثًا: منع سير المواكب السيارة:

يُمنع سير المواكب السيارة اعتبارًا من الساعة 7:00 صباح يوم السبت 10-5-2025 حتى الساعة 8:00 صباح يوم الثلاثاء 13-5-2025.

التأكيد على التقيّد بالتدابير:

وأكّدت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي ضرورة التزام السائقين بهذه التدابير لتسهيل حركة المرور وضمان سير العملية الانتخابية بسلاسة. وناشدت المواطنين، خاصة سائقي الشاحنات والدراجات الآلية، بأخذ العلم والتقيّد بهذه القرارات لتجنب اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق المخالفين.

“Traffic Measures Implemented for Municipal Elections in North and Akkar”

The Internal Security Forces (ISF) Public Relations Division issued a statement today, Friday, outlining the traffic measures to be implemented in conjunction with the upcoming municipal and local elections in the North and Akkar governorates.

In line with the decisions issued by Interior and Municipalities Minister, Brigadier General Ahmad Al-Hajjar, and as part of the preparations for the election day, a series of measures have been taken to regulate traffic and ensure the smooth conduct of the electoral process. The following traffic restrictions have been set:

First: Ban on Truck Movement:

Trucks will be banned from circulating starting from 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2025, until 11:00 AM on Monday, May 12, 2025.

• Exemptions include:

  • Trucks transporting flour to bakeries.

  • Trucks transporting printed materials.

  • Fuel distribution tankers.

  • Garbage trucks.

  • Trucks transporting equipment to and from polling stations.

  • Vehicles belonging to the armed forces, civil defense, municipalities, public institutions, firefighting vehicles, and the Lebanese Red Cross.

Second: Ban on Motorcycle Movement:

Motorcycles will be prohibited from circulating starting from 7:00 AM on Sunday, May 11, 2025, until 12:00 midnight on election day.

• Exemptions include:

  • Motorcycles belonging to security forces and public institutions.

  • Motorcycles for municipalities, municipal unions, and independent agencies.

  • Delivery motorcycles for restaurants, pharmacies, news agencies, media, journalists, photographers, and newspaper and magazine distributors holding a license from the Ministry of Interior.

Third: Ban on Car Convoys:

Car convoys will be banned from moving starting from 7:00 AM on Saturday, May 10, 2025, until 8:00 AM on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

Reminder to Adhere to Measures:

The ISF emphasized the need for drivers to comply with these measures to facilitate smooth traffic flow and ensure the electoral process runs efficiently. It urged citizens, particularly truck and motorcycle drivers, to take note of and comply with these regulations to avoid legal action against violators.
