وبحسب بلاغ قوى الأمن الداخلي، تم تحديد هوية أحد أفراد العصابة، ويدعى ح. ش. (مواليد 1974، لبناني). بناءً على متابعة دقيقة، تمكّنت إحدى دوريات شعبة المعلومات من توقيفه في تاريخ 25 أبريل 2025، في منطقة الرّويس – الضاحية الجنوبية، بعد عملية رصد ومراقبة استمرت لفترة.

خلال التحقيقات، اعترف المتهم بقيامه، بالاشتراك مع آخرين، بتنفيذ عشرات عمليات السرقة من داخل سيارات في عدة مناطق لبنانية، من بينها الدكوانة، سن الفيل، الضبية، أنطلياس، جونية، غزير، عمشيت، جبيل، وغيرها من المناطق.
الإجراءات القانونية:
تم إجراء المقتضى القانوني بحق الموقوف، وأودع المرجع المعني بناءً على إشارة القضاء المختص. ووفقًا للبلاغ، فإن التحقيقات مستمرة، ويتم العمل على توقيف باقي أفراد العصابة المتورطين في هذه الجرائم.

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces announced on Friday that one of the members of a car theft gang was arrested in the Roueiss area, in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
