• خبرة سابقة في تقييم وتصميم وتنفيذ برامج الحماية الاجتماعية، تحويل الأموال، توزيع الغذاء، وبرامج سبل العيش.

• القدرة على ربط التأثيرات على مستوى الأسر بالأثر الوطني والإقليمي.

• مهارات عالية في التنسيق والتواصل الفعّال مع جميع الأطراف.
