تعلن منظمة HAND عن فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة مسؤول/ة تعليم في منطقة البقاع، لبنان. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى دعم الأنشطة التعليمية في المجتمع المحلي وضمان تنفيذ برامج التعليم غير الرسمي بشكل فعال.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• القطاع: الأطفال والشباب، تنمية، التعليم، الغذاء والتغذية، المأوى والمواد غير الغذائية.

• آخر مهلة للتقديم: الاثنين، 28 أبريل 2025.

• نوع العقد: دوام كامل.

• مدة الوظيفة: من مايو 2025 حتى يوليو 2027.

• الراتب: 1000 دولار أمريكي شهريًا.

• نطاق الراتب: بين 800 و 1200 دولار أمريكي.

• درجة التعليم المطلوبة: بكالوريوس في التعليم أو العلوم الاجتماعية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• متطلبات الخبرة: بين سنتين و 3 سنوات.

• اللغة المطلوبة: العربية بطلاقة، الإنجليزية ممتازة، الفرنسية جيدة جدًا.

المهام الرئيسية:

1. تنسيق والإشراف على الأنشطة التعليمية في مراكز المجتمع وأماكن التعليم.

2. دعم تطوير وتكييف المواد الدراسية والمناهج بالتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية.

3. ضمان تنفيذ فعال لبرامج التعليم غير الرسمي، دروس محو الأمية والحساب، وأنشطة مهارات الحياة.

4. تدريب وإرشاد الميسرين والمعلمين وموظفي التعليم.

5. متابعة حضور الطلاب، تقدمهم، ونتائج تعلمهم.

6. ضمان بيئات تعلم آمنة وشاملة وداعمة لجميع الأطفال.

7. التعاون مع فرق حماية الأطفال لتحديد الأطفال المعرضين لخطر التسرب المدرسي.

8. المساهمة في إعداد تقارير التقدم، قصص النجاح، وتحديثات المانحين.

9. الحفاظ على التنسيق الفعّال مع شركاء التعليم، وأصحاب المصلحة المحليين، والمدارس.

10. الالتزام بسياسات المنظمة، بما في ذلك حماية الأطفال وحماية البيانات.

HAND Organization is offering an opportunity for an Education Officer position in the Bekaa region, Lebanon. The role involves supporting educational activities within the community and ensuring the effective implementation of non-formal education programs.

Job Details:

• Sector: Children and Youth, Development, Education, Food and Nutrition, Shelter and Non-Food Items.

• Salary: $1000 per month.

• Salary Range: Between $800 and $1200 USD.

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Experience Required: Between 2 to 3 years.

• Languages Required: Fluent in Arabic, excellent English, and good French.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervise educational activities in community centers and learning spaces.

2. Support the development and adaptation of educational materials and curricula in coordination with technical teams.

3. Ensure the effective implementation of non-formal education (NFE) programs, literacy and numeracy sessions, and life skills activities.

4. Train and mentor facilitators, tutors, and education staff.

5. Monitor student attendance, progress, and learning outcomes.

6. Ensure safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for all children.

7. Collaborate with child protection teams to identify and respond to children at risk of dropping out.

8. Contribute to the preparation of progress reports, success stories, and donor updates.

9. Maintain effective coordination with education partners, local stakeholders, and schools.

10. Uphold organizational policies, including child safeguarding and data protection.
