• درجة التعليم: بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة مع مكون قوي في إدارة الأموال

• متطلبات الخبرة: بين سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات من الخبرة في العمل الاجتماعي أو المجالات ذات الصلة

• المهارات اللغوية: الطلاقة في اللغة العربية، ومهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية (الفرنسية غير مطلوبة)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة الحالات الفردية:

• إجراء زيارات منزلية ومقابلات داخل المراكز لتقييم احتياجات الأفراد والعائلات.

• العمل مع الأفراد والعائلات لتطوير وتنفيذ خطة عمل تتماشى مع احتياجاتهم وقدراتهم وأهدافهم.

• مناقشة الخيارات المتاحة مع الأفراد، بما في ذلك البحث عن بدائل عند عدم توفر الخدمات المطلوبة، والمشاركة الفعالة للأفراد والعائلات في اتخاذ القرارات.

• تقييم المخاطر ودعم الأفراد والعائلات لفهم المخاطر المرتبطة بوضعهم.

• ربط الأفراد والعائلات بمجموعات الدعم والشبكات والموارد المجتمعية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.

• تحديد واستقبال الإحالات الخاصة بالأفراد والعائلات (بما في ذلك مقدمو الرعاية) الذين تم اكتشاف احتياجاتهم خلال التسجيل أو الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي أو الأنشطة الأخرى.

• تقديم المعلومات للأفراد والعائلات حول حقوقهم وحقوقهم في الحصول على الخدمات المتاحة.

• ضمان متابعة الخدمات المقدمة لكل حالة بشكل مناسب.

إدارة البيانات والتقارير:

• إدارة وتخزين البيانات مع ضمان سرية المعلومات والخدمات المقدمة.

• إعداد وتقديم خطط العمل الأسبوعية والشهرية في الوقت المحدد للموافقة عليها من قبل مسؤول إدارة الحالات.

• دعم تنفيذ أدوات المراقبة والتقييم والإبلاغ عن التحديات في تنفيذ البرامج.

• المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية لتخطيط التقارير وضمان تقديم خدمات ذات جودة عالية.

التنسيق والتمثيل:

• المساهمة في الحفاظ على خدمة مستمرة ومحدثة في المنطقة.

• تلقي الإحالات من الوكالات الأخرى (بعد تخصيصها من قبل مسؤول إدارة الحالات) وتقديم ملاحظات ملائمة مع احترام السرية.

• الدفاع عن الأفراد والعائلات للوصول إلى الخدمات وتمكينهم من التعبير عن احتياجاتهم في جميع الأماكن ذات الصلة.

HAND Organization is offering a position for a Case Worker in Kabelias and Majdall Anjar, located in the Bekaa Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that provides essential psychosocial and social support to individuals and families in Lebanon.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Case Worker

• Sector: Children & Youth, Development, Education, Food & Nutrition, Shelter & Non-Food Items

• Application Deadline: Monday, April 28, 2025

• Contract Duration: May 2025 – July 2027

• Salary: $600 USD per month

• Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, with strong cash management skills preferred

• Experience Required: 2-3 years in social work or related fields

• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic, good command of English (French is not required)

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Case Management:

• Conduct household visits and center-based interviews to assess the needs of individuals and families.

• Work with individuals and families to develop and implement an action plan tailored to their needs, capacities, and goals.

• Discuss available choices and options with individuals, including finding alternatives when necessary services are unavailable, and actively involve individuals and families in the decision-making process.

• Assess risks and support individuals and families in understanding the risks relevant to their situation.

• Link individuals and families to support groups, networks, and other community-based resources, as appropriate.

• Identify and receive referrals regarding individuals and families (including caregivers) with specific needs during registration, psychosocial support, outreach, and other activities.

• Provide information to individuals and families about their rights and entitlements, including available services.

• Ensure appropriate monitoring, review, and follow-up of the services provided to each case.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Manage and store data securely, ensuring confidentiality of information and services provided.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work plans for validation by the Case Management Officer.

• Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation tools and report challenges in program implementation.

• Participate in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure quality service provision and reporting standards.

Coordination and Representation:

• Contribute to maintaining an up-to-date service mapping in the area and stay informed about available services.

• Receive referrals from other agencies (after allocation by the Case Management Officer) and provide appropriate feedback while respecting confidentiality.

• Advocate on behalf of individuals and families to access services and empower them to effectively communicate their needs and perspectives in relevant settings.
