On Monday, a correspondent from “Lebanon24” reported a new Israeli incursion into Lebanese territory, with Israeli military forces advancing towards the Wazzani River banks using both civilian and military vehicles, raising concerns about the situation in the border region.
According to the reporter, the Israeli military actions were not limited to this incursion alone but also included an extensive search operation in the al-Hmeid and al-Mrouj areas near the village of Alma al-Shaab, where heavy machine gun fire was used. These operations are part of a broader pattern of Israeli military activity along Lebanon’s southern border.
