المؤهلات المطلوبة: بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية، الزراعة، دراسات التنمية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. دورات أو شهادات إضافية في برمجة سبل العيش، تنمية المجتمع، TOT، ريادة الأعمال، أو قضايا الجندر تعد ميزة إضافية.

الواجبات الرئيسية:

تنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية:
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والدعم لأعضاء الفريق لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية بشكل فعال مع المزارعين.
- تطوير الأدوات والموارد والمواد اللازمة لمساعدة أعضاء الفريق في أعمالهم اليومية.
- المشاركة في تطوير خطة التنفيذ التفصيلية للمشروع وتوجيه المساعدين حول الإجراءات المتفق عليها.
- تسهيل إنشاء مجموعات وكتل مزارعين لتحفيز اتخاذ القرارات الجماعية وتبادل الموارد والمعرفة.
- قيادة الأنشطة الميدانية مثل التقييمات والتوزيعات بالتنسيق مع منسق البرنامج.
- تنظيم وقيادة الاجتماعات والفعاليات المجتمعية مع الجهات المعنية لتعزيز التعاون وتوحيد الأهداف.

تعزيز المشاركة النسائية:
- تشجيع مشاركة المزارعات في الأنشطة الزراعية واتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بها.
- الترويج لنهج حساس للجندر داخل المجتمع لمعالجة الحواجز التي تمنع مشاركة النساء في الأنشطة الزراعية.

التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة:
- عقد اجتماعات مع المزارعين، الاستشاريين الفنيين، الشركاء، الجمعيات التعاونية، البلديات والمنظمات غير الحكومية في المناطق المستهدفة لضمان تطوير استراتيجيات برمجة مناسبة للسكان المستهدفين.
- المساهمة في تطوير نظام إحالة سبل العيش وتحديث خرائط الخدمة بانتظام.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق مع منسق البرنامج عند الحاجة.

الرصد والتقارير:
- مراقبة الأنشطة الميدانية بانتظام وتقديم تحديثات حول التقدم المحرز، التحديات، والقصص الناجحة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية ذات جودة عالية، بما في ذلك رؤى حول مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة وتأثير المشروع على المجتمع، وكذلك مشاركة النساء.
- جمع البيانات وحفظ الوثائق بدقة وسرية.

- التأكد من أن التصرفات داخل العمل وخارجه تعكس القيم في مدونة سلوك منظمة الإغاثة الدولية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية، الزراعة، دراسات التنمية، أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال سبل العيش أو التنمية المجتمعية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- شهادات أو تدريب إضافي في برمجة سبل العيش أو ريادة الأعمال يعد ميزة إضافية.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in livelihoods programming, community development, TOT, entrepreneurship, or gender sensitivity are an advantage.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Activity Implementation:
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure effective implementation of field activities with farmers.
- Develop necessary tools, resources, and materials to assist team members in their daily tasks.
- Participate in developing detailed project implementation plans and orient assistants on agreed actions.
- Facilitate the establishment of farmer groups and clusters to promote collective decision-making, resource-sharing, and knowledge exchange.
- Conduct field activities such as assessments and distributions under the guidance of the Program Coordinator.
- Organize and lead meetings and community events with stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment of project objectives.

Promoting Women’s Participation:
- Encourage women farmers to actively participate in farming activities and decision-making processes.
- Promote gender-sensitive approaches within the community to address barriers to women's involvement in agriculture.

Coordination with Stakeholders:
- Conduct meetings with farmers, technical consultants, partners, cooperatives, municipalities, and other NGOs to ensure appropriate programming strategies for the target population.
- Contribute to the development of a livelihoods referral system and regularly update service mapping of providers.
- Actively participate in coordination meetings when requested by the Program Coordinator.

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly monitor field activities and provide updates on progress, challenges, and success stories to the Livelihoods Program Coordinator.
- Prepare and submit high-quality weekly and monthly reports, including insights on stakeholder engagement, community impact, and women's participation.
- Collect data and maintain accurate and confidential documentation.

- Ensure that behavior inside and outside of work reflects the values outlined in the RI Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies.
- Act as a role model for ethical conduct standards for other team members.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Development Studies, or Business Administration.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in livelihoods programming or community development.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Additional certifications in livelihoods programming or entrepreneurship are an advantage.
