الوصف الوظيفي:

تسعى مؤسسة رينه معوض (RMF) لتعيين منسق/ة مشروع حماية الأطفال للانضمام إلى فريقها في لبنان. تسعى المؤسسة لتمكين الأطفال وحمايتهم في بيئة آمنة وداعمة، وتوفر فرصة للعمل ضمن فريق متميز. إذا كنت تسعى للعمل في مجال حماية الأطفال والتعليم في بيئة إنسانية، فإن هذه الفرصة مناسبة لك.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. الإشراف على المشروع العالمي:

   • ضمان إتمام الأنشطة والأهداف المقررة في المشروع وفقاً للخطة الزمنية المحددة.
   • تطوير وتحديث خطة العمل التفصيلية بما يتماشى مع اتفاقية المانحين وإرشادات مؤسسة رينه معوض وكذلك المعايير المتبعة من قبل المؤسسة.
   • إجراء زيارات ميدانية واجتماعات مع الفريق للتأكد من سير العمل وتنفيذه بشكل سليم.
   • التنسيق مع الزملاء لضمان الالتزام بالمتطلبات الإدارية ومراقبة امتثال الأنشطة للمتطلبات العقدية والبروتوكولات الوطنية والمنظماتية.

2. التنسيق مع الفرق المعنية:

   • العمل مع رئيس قسم التعليم وفريق الاتصالات لضمان وضوح رؤية المشروع في مركز العمل وتطوير المواد الترويجية.
   • الإشراف على جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالمشروع بالتعاون مع موظف مراقبة وتقييم (M&E) والفريق الميداني، وضمان جودة البيانات ووداعتها بشكل آمن.
   • إعداد وتقديم تقارير سردية دقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد لرئيس قسم التعليم والحماية، بالتنسيق مع رئيس القسم وفقاً للنماذج المتفق عليها.

3. التعامل مع عمليات الشراء واللوجستيات:

   • التنسيق مع فريق الشراء لضمان توفير المواد المطلوبة للمشروع في الوقت المناسب.

4. المشاركة في الاجتماعات الداخلية:

   • المشاركة في الاجتماعات الداخلية لضمان التنسيق الجيد بين جميع الأطراف المعنية.

5. تسهيل وصول المستفيدين إلى الخدمات:

   • ضمان الوصول إلى جميع المستندات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالمشروع عبر المجلدات المشتركة على الإنترنت.
   • متابعة ضمان المساءلة تجاه السكان المتأثرين بالمشروع، وضمان تفاعل المجتمعات المحلية والمشاركة الفعالة من خلال أدوات لقياس رضا المستفيدين.

6. رصد الوضع السياقي:

   • متابعة التطورات السياقية والمشاركة في اجتماعات التنسيق ومشاركة المعلومات ذات الصلة مع رئيس قسم التعليم والحماية.

7. مهام إضافية:

   • قد يقوم منسق المشروع بأداء مهام إضافية ودعم مسؤوليات أخرى حسب حاجة قسم التعليم.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

• الخبرة المهنية: خمس سنوات على الأقل في القطاع الإنساني، ويفضل في مجال حماية الأطفال أو التعليم.
• المعرفة: معرفة جيدة بمبادئ حقوق الأطفال، عدم الإضرار، ومعايير التعليم في حالات الطوارئ.
• المهارات: مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل بالتعاون مع العديد من الأطراف المعنية.
• التعليم: بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

Job Description:

René Moawad Foundation (RMF) is seeking to hire a Child Protection Project Coordinator to join their team in Lebanon. The foundation is committed to empowering and protecting children in a safe and supportive environment, and this role offers an opportunity to contribute to the protection and education of children within humanitarian settings.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Global Project Oversight:

   • Ensure the timely completion of project activities and objectives in line with the project’s work plan.
   • Develop, update, and follow up on a detailed work plan in accordance with donor agreements and RMF guidelines, as well as common organizational practices.
   • Conduct field visits and team meetings to monitor progress.
   • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure the fulfillment of administrative aspects and compliance with contract requirements and national/organizational protocols.

2. Coordination with Stakeholders:

   • Work with the Head of Education and RMF’s communication team to develop visibility materials and ensure the project is visible at the center level.
   • Oversee the collection of project data with the support of the M&E officer and field staff, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and secure storage.
   • Prepare and submit timely narrative reports to the Head of Education and Protection Department, collaborating closely with them on the agreed schedule and templates.

3. Procurement and Logistics:

   • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of materials required for the project.

4. Internal Coordination:

   • Participate in internal coordination meetings to ensure seamless collaboration across all teams.

5. Access to Services:

   • Ensure all documents and information related to the project are accessible via online shared folders.
   • Ensure accountability to affected populations, collaborating with the Head of Education and Protection Department on community mobilization and participation tools.

6. Monitoring Contextual Updates:

   • Stay updated on the local context and participate in relevant coordination/information-sharing meetings to provide insights for the Head of Education and Protection Department.

7. Additional Responsibilities:

   • The Project Coordinator may undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed by the Education Department.

Professional Standards:

All RMF staff must adhere to the RMF policies and practices regarding child protection standards, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities, and other relevant procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, preferably in child protection or education.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of child rights principles, Do No Harm, and Education in Emergencies minimum standards.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
