الوصف الوظيفي – مدرس/ة تقويم رياضيات (Remedial Teacher – Mathematics)

تبحث جمعية المواساة عن معلم/ة تقوية في مادة الرياضيات لتعزيز مستوى الطلاب الذين يعانون من صعوبات في هذه المادة. ستعمل مع الجمعية لتقديم الدعم الأكاديمي المناسب والمساهمة في تحسين الأداء الدراسي للطلاب.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. المشاركة في التدريبات:

   • حضور جميع الدورات التدريبية الخاصة بـ War Child لتعزيز المهارات التربوية.

2. المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية:

   • المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية التي تتعلق بالتخطيط والتقارير لضمان تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة واتباع الإجراءات الصحيحة.

3. متابعة الحضور والتسرب الدراسي:

   • متابعة الحضور بشكل دقيق، والتواصل مع منسقي المركز لمتابعة الطلاب الذين في خطر التسرب من الدراسة.

4. حماية الأطفال:

   • تحديد حالات الحماية التي تحتاج إلى تدخل فوري، وإحالتها وفقًا لسياسات War Child.

5. جمع البيانات اللازمة:

   • جمع جميع البيانات المطلوبة لعملية التقييم الأكاديمي من استمارات التسجيل، استمارات الحضور، وغيرها من الوثائق.

6. إعداد أدوات التقييم:

   • تطوير أدوات التقييم التكويني والنهائي بالتنسيق مع المسؤولين الفنيين في المجال التعليمي.

7. تصميم خطط دروس التقوية:

   • إعداد خطط دروس مبتكرة لبرامج التقوية التي تستهدف تعزيز أداء الطلاب في مادة الرياضيات.

8. إجراء التقييمات التشخيصية:

   • إجراء اختبارات تشخيصية للطلاب وتوثيق نتائج التقييم قبل وبعد الدورات التدريبية.

9. تقديم الدعم الأكاديمي الفردي:

   • تقديم الدعم الأكاديمي الفردي في حل الواجبات المدرسية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم تقوية خاصة في مادة الرياضيات.

10. ضمان بيئة تعليمية شاملة:

    • التأكد من توفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة وشاملة لجميع الطلاب، بما في ذلك الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة.

11. الالتزام بسياسات الجمعية:

    • الالتزام التام بسياسات War Child الداخلية بما في ذلك سياسات حماية الأطفال ومدونة السلوك.

Job Description for Remedial Teacher – Mathematics (French)

The Remedial Teacher for Mathematics will play a key role in providing academic support to students who are struggling in math. The teacher will be responsible for delivering remedial lessons and helping students improve their performance in the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in Training Sessions:

   • Attend all War Child training sessions to enhance teaching skills and capacity.

2. Attend Weekly Reporting and Planning Meetings:

   • Attend weekly meetings to ensure adherence to education standards and timely reporting.

3. Monitor Student Attendance and Follow Up on Dropouts:

   • Monitor student attendance and work closely with center coordinators to track students who are at risk of dropping out.

4. Child Protection:

   • Identify and refer any cases of child protection or safeguarding according to War Child policies.

5. Data Collection for Assessments:

   • Collect all necessary data, including registration forms, attendance sheets, and evaluation documents.

6. Develop Assessment Tools:

   • Develop both formative and summative assessment tools in coordination with the education technical officer.

7. Design Lesson Plans:

   • Design lesson plans for remedial sessions focused on improving math skills.

8. Conduct Diagnostic Assessments:

   • Conduct pre and post diagnostic assessments and document student progress.

9. Provide Individualized Homework Support:

   • Offer individualized support to students in homework and remedial math sessions.

10. Ensure a Safe and Inclusive Classroom:

    • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all students, including those with disabilities.

11. Adhere to Internal Policies:

    • Adhere to all internal War Child policies, including safeguarding children and the code of conduct.
