تعلن جمعية نبض للتنمية عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول حماية للعمل في منطقة البقاع، لبنان. يعد هذا الدور جزءًا أساسيًا في فريق الحماية بالجمعية، حيث سيتحمل المسؤول عن تنفيذ الأنشطة الخاصة بالحماية داخل المجتمع المحلي والعمل بالتعاون مع مدير الحماية لضمان أن الأنشطة تلتزم بالمعايير الدولية وأفضل الممارسات.

يشمل هذا المنصب التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة على المستويين المحلي والدولي لضمان تقديم الخدمات بشكل منظم، كما يتطلب من الموظف مراقبة الأنشطة الميدانية بما في ذلك الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للأفراد الأكثر ضعفًا مثل الأطفال والنساء والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، مع ضمان توفير بيئة آمنة للأنشطة.

المهام الأساسية:

التنسيق مع مدير الحماية: العمل عن كثب مع مدير الحماية داخل المنظمة، لبدء تخطيط الأنشطة المتعلقة بالحماية، مثل تحديد مسارات الإحالة وإجراءات العمل القياسية (SOPs).
متابعة إدارة الحالات: متابعة وإدارة حالات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة (PWDs) والفئات الضعيفة الأخرى، وضمان تنفيذ خطط العمل والإحالات المقررة.
التفاعل الميداني: إجراء زيارات ميدانية دورية لمراقبة أنشطة الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (MHPSS) في مراكز التنمية المجتمعية (CDCs) وكذلك الأنشطة التي تتم خارجها.
التدريب والإشراف: تقديم التدريب والمساندة للموظفين والمشرفين لضمان تطبيق أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الدولية في العمل.
التنسيق مع الشركاء المحليين: التعاون مع فرق العمل الأخرى في مجالات الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش لتوفير خدمات شاملة للمتضررين.
التقارير والمتابعة: تقديم تقارير دورية عن الأنشطة، والمشاركة في الاجتماعات المحلية ضمن مجموعة العمل الخاصة بالحماية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

الدرجة العلمية: بكالوريوس في السوسيولوجيا، علم النفس، العمل الاجتماعي أو أي تخصص ذو صلة.
الخبرة العملية: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال الحماية أو في الأنشطة الإنسانية.
اللغة: إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
مهارات إضافية: مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم، وقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية.
التدريب والقدرة على بناء الفريق: خبرة في تقديم التدريب وتطوير القدرات للموظفين.

Job Description:

Nabad Association is seeking a Protection Officer to join its team in the Bekaa area of Lebanon. This role is essential for implementing protection activities within the community, working closely with the Protection Manager to ensure compliance with international standards and best practices.

The Protection Officer will coordinate with local and international teams to ensure the effective delivery of services. This role will involve monitoring field activities, including mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services for vulnerable groups such as women, children, and persons with disabilities, while ensuring a safe environment for such activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with the Protection Manager: Work closely with the Protection Manager to initiate planning for protection activities, including referral pathways and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Case Management Follow-Up: Oversee and follow up on cases related to persons with disabilities (PWDs) and other vulnerable groups, ensuring action plans and referrals are implemented.
Field Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits to monitor MHPSS activities in Community Development Centers (CDCs) and protection activities conducted outside the CDCs.
Training and Supervision: Provide training and support to staff and case workers to ensure best practices and international standards are followed.
Coordination with Local Partners: Work with other sectors like food security and livelihoods to ensure that beneficiaries receive holistic services.
Reporting and Follow-Up: Submit regular reports on activities and achievements, as well as challenges encountered, to the Protection Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in protection or humanitarian work.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Additional Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and adherence to international standards.
Training and Capacity Building: Experience in delivering training and developing staff capacity.
