وفي خطوة لافتة، بادر أهالي بلدة كفركلا إلى نصب خيمة احتجاجية على طريق الخردلي عند مفرق ديرميماس – القليعة، بالقرب من محطة مرقص. وأعلن المحتجون أنهم سيبقون في مكانهم حتى انسحاب الجيش الإسرائيلي بشكل كامل وعودة السكان النازحين إلى ديارهم.
