عملية سرقة في عاليه: القبض على المشتبه بهما وضبط المسروقات!
أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة، اليوم الأربعاء، في بيان رسمي عن توقيف شخصين متهمين بسرقة خزنة تحتوي على مبلغ مالي، مجوهرات، وجوازات سفر، إثر عملية نوعية قامت بها شعبة المعلومات.
تفاصيل الحادثة
وفقًا للبيان، تلقّت القوى الأمنية بلاغًا من أحد المواطنين في بلدة الرمليّة – عاليه يُفيد بتعرّض منزله لعملية سرقة عن طريق الكسر والخلع. وذكر المواطن أن السارقين فرّوا إلى جهة مجهولة بعد الاستيلاء على خزنة تحتوي على مبلغ مالي كبير، مجوهرات، وجوازات سفر.
على الفور، باشرت القطعات المختصّة في قوى الأمن إجراءاتها الميدانية والمعلوماتية لتحديد هوية المتورطين وملاحقتهم. وبعد تحقيقات دقيقة واستقصاءات متواصلة، تمكنت شعبة المعلومات من تحديد هوية المشتبه بهما، وهما:
- و. ح (لبناني الجنسية، مواليد 1995): صاحب سوابق بجرائم السرقة، المخدرات، التزوير، والترويج للعملات المزيفة.
- ع. ش (سوري الجنسية، مواليد 1995): متورط سابقًا بجرائم التزوير والقيادة تحت تأثير الكحول.
إلقاء القبض والضبط
بتاريخ 10/01/2025، نجحت إحدى دوريات شعبة المعلومات في رصد المشتبه بهما في بلدة قبر شمول أثناء تنقلهما على متن سيارة نيسان ساني بيضاء اللون. تم توقيفهما بكمين محكم، وضبط السيارة المستخدمة في الجرائم، إلى جانب أدوات تُستخدم في الكسر والخلع، كمية من مادة حشيشة الكيف، وجوازات السفر العائدة للمُدّعي وعائلته.
اعترافات المتهمين
خلال التحقيق، اعترف المتهمان بتنفيذهما عملية السرقة عبر كسر الخزنة باستخدام أدوات خاصة، كما أقرّا بسرقة بندقيتي “كلاشنكوف” و”بومب أكشن”. وأوضحا أنهما توجّها إلى منطقة حرجية، حيث قاما بفتح الخزنة وتقاسم محتوياتها من أموال ومجوهرات.
الإجراءات القانونية
تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المتهمين، حيث أُودعا مع المضبوطات لدى المرجع القضائي المختص بناءً على إشارة النيابة العامة.
Robbery in Aley: Suspects Arrested and Stolen Items Recovered!
The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces (ISF) – Public Relations Division announced today, Wednesday, the arrest of two individuals suspected of stealing a safe containing cash, jewelry, and passports. This comes as part of a successful operation carried out by the ISF’s Information Branch.
Incident Details
According to the statement, the ISF received a report from a resident of Al-Ramliya – Aley, stating that unknown individuals broke into his home, stole a safe, and fled to an unknown location. The safe contained a significant sum of money, jewelry, and passports.
The specialized units immediately began field and intelligence operations to identify and apprehend the suspects. After thorough investigations, the Information Branch identified the culprits:
- W. H. (Lebanese, born 1995): A repeat offender with a criminal history including theft, drug use, forgery, and counterfeit currency distribution.
- A. S. (Syrian, born 1995): Previously involved in crimes such as identity forgery and public intoxication.
Arrest and Seizure
On January 10, 2025, ISF operatives successfully tracked down the suspects in Qabr Shmoun, where they were apprehended during a meticulously planned ambush. The suspects were found driving a white Nissan Sunny. The operation also led to the seizure of burglary tools, a quantity of hashish, and the stolen passports belonging to the victim and his family.
Suspects’ Confessions
During questioning, the suspects confessed to breaking into the victim's house and stealing the safe using specialized tools. They also admitted to stealing two firearms: a “Kalashnikov” rifle and a “Pump-Action” shotgun. The stolen items were divided after they opened the safe in a remote forested area.
Legal Measures
The suspects, along with the seized items, were referred to the competent judicial authorities under the direction of the public prosecutor’s office.
