وصف الوظيفة:

منظمة Terre des hommes – لوزان تبحث عن حاملين/ت حالة (CP.GBV Caseworker) مؤهلين للانضمام إلى مشروعها في بيروت وجبل لبنان. تعمل المنظمة على تقديم خدمات دعم متخصصة لضحايا العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي وحالات حماية الأطفال، وخاصة الفتيات المراهقات المعرضات أو اللواتي تعرضن للزواج المبكر.

المهام الرئيسية:

إدارة الحالات: تقديم إدارة الحالات الفردية لجميع الحالات المتعلقة بالعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي وحماية الأطفال وفقاً لجميع خطوات وإجراءات إدارة الحالات (المحلية والدولية).
دعم مستمر: تقديم الدعم المستمر للعائلات ومقدمي الرعاية، بما في ذلك نظام الرعاية البديلة.
التنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات: التنسيق المباشر مع مقدمي الخدمات الآخرين العاملين في المجتمعات التي يتم فيها تنفيذ المشروع، وتسهيل الإحالات إلى مقدمي خدمات آخرين (الصحة بما في ذلك الصحة النفسية، المأوى، المواد غير الغذائية، سبل العيش، والتعليم، وغيرها).
التواصل الفعّال: التواصل الفعّال مع الآخرين من العاملين في مجال إدارة الحالات ومقدمي الخدمات كجزء من إدارة الحالات الفردية.
المبادئ التوجيهية: ضمان الحفاظ على المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بحماية الطفل والمقاربة المتمحورة حول الناجيات أثناء العمل مع الناجيات، بما في ذلك في أماكن آمنة للنساء والفتيات.

الهدف من الوظيفة:

العمل مع الناجيات في بيئة آمنة لتقديم الدعم اللازم بهدف تحسين فرص التنمية للمراهقات وعائلاتهن وتعزيز الروابط الاجتماعية والصمود في بيئتهن.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة بكالوريوس في علم الاجتماع، العمل الاجتماعي، دراسات النوع الاجتماعي، علم النفس أو تخصص ذو صلة.
خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في العمل مع الفئات المعرضة للعنف أو في مجال حماية الطفل.
إتقان اللغة العربية بطلاقة والإنجليزية بشكل ممتاز.
قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتنسيق مع فرق متعددة.
فهم المبادئ الأخلاقية والشرعية في مجال حماية الطفل والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.

الشروط الوظيفية:

الراتب: يتراوح بين 1200 و 1500 دولار أمريكي شهرياً.

Job Description:

Terre des hommes – Lausanne is seeking qualified CP.GBV Caseworkers to join their project in Beirut and Mount Lebanon. The organization provides specialized services to adolescent girls at risk or exposed to child marriage and collaborates with their families and social environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Provide individual case management for all GBV/CP cases in accordance with all case management steps and related tools and procedures (National and International).
Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to families and caregivers, foster care, and alternative care systems.
Liaison with Service Providers: Liaise directly with other service providers working within the communities where the project is implemented and facilitate referrals to other service providers (health, including mental health, shelter, NFIs, livelihoods, education, etc.).
Effective Communication: Directly communicate effectively with other caseworkers and service providers as part of conducting individual GBV/CP case management.
Adherence to Principles: Ensure that Survivor-Centered Approach and Child Protection guiding principles are maintained and enforced while working with survivors, including in safe spaces for women and girls.

Objective of the Role:

Work with survivors in a safe environment, providing the necessary support to improve the development opportunities for adolescent girls and their families while strengthening social ties and resilience in their communities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies, Psychology, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience working with vulnerable groups or in child protection.
Fluent in Arabic and excellent in English.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Understanding of ethical and legal principles in child protection and gender-based violence.
