منظمة بسمة وزيتونة هي منظمة لبنانية مسجلة تعمل على خدمة اللاجئين والمجتمعات الضعيفة في لبنان. تدير المنظمة برامج تعليمية وإغاثية ومعيشية وحماية، بهدف أن تكون نقطة مركزية شاملة داعمة للمجتمع.
تقرير إلى: منسق المشروع ومنسق الحماية
الغرض من الوظيفة:
العمل على تعزيز برامج الوقاية والاستجابة للعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBV)، بما في ذلك تقديم الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS) للناجيات من هذا العنف، وتحديد احتياجاتهن، وضمان الإحالة الآمنة إلى خدمات متخصصة.
المهام الرئيسية:
- التعاون مع فريق GBV لتصميم وتنفيذ ومراقبة أنشطة المشروع بفعالية.
- تقديم الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للناجيات في مساحات آمنة مخصصة للنساء والفتيات (WGSS) أو عبر أنشطة ميدانية.
- تسهيل جلسات التوعية حول الوقاية والاستجابة للعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
- تحديد وإحالة المستفيدين إلى مديري حالات GBV أو الخدمات الأخرى المناسبة.
- المساهمة في وضع خرائط للخدمات المتاحة في منطقة العمل لتسهيل الإحالات.
- إجراء أنشطة متنقلة تستهدف النساء والفتيات في الملاجئ لتوفير الدعم.
- دعم لجان النساء في الملاجئ لتعزيز مشاركتهن المجتمعية.
- إعداد تقارير الأنشطة وتقديمها إلى منسقي المشروع.
- دعم وتوجيه المتطوعين الميدانيين لتنفيذ الأنشطة بشكل فعال.
- المشاركة في التدريبات وورش العمل التي تنظمها المنظمة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- درجة جامعية في علم الاجتماع أو علم النفس.
الخبرة العملية:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تقديم الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي.
- خبرة في العمل مع منظمات المجتمع المدني أو المنظمات غير الحكومية.
- المشاركة في دورات تدريبية حول الحماية (مثل عمالة الأطفال أو العنف المنزلي أو العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي).
المهارات الشخصية:
- مهارات تواصل إيجابية والاستماع الفعال لاحتياجات المستفيدين.
- احترام السياق الثقافي والعمل بروح الفريق.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتكيف مع بيئة العمل.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات.
- إتقان اللغة العربية، ومستوى مبتدئ في اللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description:
Basmeh & Zeitooneh is a Lebanese non-governmental organization dedicated to serving refugees and vulnerable communities. With seven community centers across Lebanon, it runs educational, relief, livelihoods, and protection programs while fostering inclusion and support for local communities.
Reporting To: Project Coordinator and Protection Coordinator
Purpose of the Job:
To enhance Basmeh & Zeitooneh’s Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response programs, provide psychosocial support (PSS) to survivors, and ensure safe, confidential referrals to appropriate services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the GBV team to design, implement, and monitor project activities.
- Advocate for Basmeh & Zeitooneh’s integrated approach to GBV services with stakeholders and community members.
- Conduct psychosocial support (PSS) sessions at Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS), community centers, and during outreach activities.
- Identify and safely refer beneficiaries to GBV caseworkers or specialized services.
- Conduct awareness-raising sessions in safe and accessible locations, engaging the community in GBV prevention.
- Facilitate focus group discussions and mobile WGSS activities in shelters to support women and girls.
- Empower women by supporting the creation of women’s committees in shelters.
- Engage men and boys in discussions to promote gender equality and challenge harmful social norms.
- Support outreach volunteers to implement field activities and enhance the program’s impact.
- Prepare reports and ensure all relevant documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and organizational meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or Psychology.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychosocial support.
- Experience working with NGOs or community organizations.
- Participation in protection-related training (e.g., child labor, domestic violence, GBV).
