“أطباء بلا حدود” هي منظمة طبية إنسانية دولية تأسست عام 1971، تقدم المساعدات الطبية الطارئة في أكثر من 60 دولة. تعمل المنظمة على توفير الرعاية الصحية للأشخاص المتضررين من النزاعات المسلحة، الأوبئة، سوء التغذية، والكوارث الطبيعية. حاليًا، تركز مشاريع المنظمة في لبنان على الرعاية الصحية الأولية والصحة النفسية.
تفاصيل الوظيفة:
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقديم الدعم الاجتماعي للمرضى وربطهم بالخدمات ذات الصلة لتحسين حالتهم الصحية.
- تقييم الاحتياجات الاجتماعية للمرضى، بما في ذلك الاحتياجات القانونية والمالية والغذائية.
- التنسيق مع فريق المنظمة لتوفير الرعاية الشاملة.
- إحالة المرضى إلى الموارد الخارجية المناسبة ومتابعة هذه الإحالات.
- إعداد التقارير والمواد اللازمة لأنشطة العمل الاجتماعي.
- تطوير قاعدة بيانات للجهات الخارجية وتحديثها بانتظام.
الأنشطة اليومية:
- متابعة جدول وحدات التنقل الطبية (MMUs).
- تنفيذ الإحالات الطبية ومرافقة المرضى عند الحاجة.
- حضور اجتماعات يومية مع الفريق وتقديم تقارير النشاط.
الأنشطة الأسبوعية:
- تقديم تقارير أسبوعية حول الأنشطة والتغيرات.
- متابعة الطلبات الخارجية وتقديم مقترحات لتحسين أنشطة المناصرة.
- إدارة المصاريف المخصصة للإحالات الطبية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي.
- خبرة سنتين على الأقل في مجال مشابه، ويفضل في القطاع الصحي أو مع منظمات غير حكومية.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، ويفضل الإلمام باللغة الفرنسية.
- مهارات متقدمة في استخدام تطبيقات MS Office.

Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social support to patients and link them with appropriate services to enhance their health outcomes.
- Assess patients' social support needs, including legal, financial, and shelter-related needs.
- Collaborate with the MSF team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Refer patients to external resources and provide systematic follow-ups.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of social work activities.
- Regularly update and maintain a database of external actors offering support services.
Daily Activities:
- Follow the Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) schedule across different locations.
- Conduct external referrals and follow up on patient cases.
- Accompany patients to external services when needed.
- Attend daily team briefings and provide activity reports.
Weekly Activities:
- Submit weekly reports on activities and suggest improvements for advocacy activities.
- Monitor and analyze referral trends to address high-demand areas.
- Attend weekly project meetings and manage referral-related finances.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is essential.
- Experience: At least two years in a similar position, preferably in the health sector or with NGOs.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required; French proficiency is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
