ملخص الوظيفة:

تتضمن وظيفة عامل/ة حماية الأطفال تقديم الدعم للأطفال والأسر الذين يواجهون صعوبات. يهدف الدور إلى مساعدة الأفراد على حماية أنفسهم وضمان سلامتهم من أي أذى.

المهام الرئيسية:

الأنشطة التشغيلية:

  • تقديم خدمات الاستماع والإرشاد للأطفال اللاجئين وأسرهم وتوثيق المعلومات في النظام.
  • الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة وتشغيل خط المساعدة 24 ساعة للحالات العاجلة.
  • التعاون مع المحامين لتقديم استشارات قانونية وتحويل المستفيدين إلى الجهات المناسبة عند الحاجة.
  • إجراء زيارات منزلية لتقييم احتياجات الأسر.
  • تنظيم زيارات ميدانية حسب متطلبات المتابعة لكل مستفيد.
  • المشاركة في توزيع المواد الإغاثية وتنفيذ الأنشطة الميدانية.
  • إعداد تقارير شهرية عن تقدم الحالات والنشاطات المنفذة.
  • العمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو خارج ساعات العمل للحالات الطارئة بالتنسيق مع مدير البرنامج.

المهام العامة:

  • الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات كاريتاس لبنان.
  • احترام معايير الحضور والانضباط واللباس.
  • تنسيق الأنشطة مع المشرفين وزملاء العمل لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
  • إحالة الحالات الصعبة إلى الأخصائيين النفسيين لتقديم الدعم اللازم.

  • شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو مجال ذي صلة.

Job Summary:

The Child Protection Case Worker provides support to vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety and protection. The role involves assisting individuals to help themselves and advocating for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Activities:

  • Provide counseling services for refugee children and families and document cases in the system.
  • Respond to emergencies and manage a 24-hour helpline for urgent cases.
  • Coordinate with lawyers for legal support and refer cases to relevant service providers.
  • Conduct home visits and field assessments for beneficiary follow-up.
  • Participate in distribution activities and implement field-based programs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
  • Handle urgent cases outside normal working hours in coordination with program supervisors.

Generic Duties:

  • Adhere to Caritas Lebanon’s operational policies.
  • Maintain professional discipline and respect internal procedures.
  • Coordinate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to meet project objectives.
  • Refer critical cases to psychologists for counseling.

Qualifications:

Academic:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

Skills:
