### **Position: Case Worker – Immediate Hire**

### **Specific Duties and Responsibilities:**
1. **Direct Support and Care**
– Provide direct support and care to vulnerable women and girls through a survivor-centered approach.
– Offer survivor-centered case management services, which include:
– Basic counseling and psychosocial support.
– Assessment of needs and resources.
– Developing safety and action plans.
– Implementing the plans.
– Providing appropriate follow-up and referrals.
– Case closure (if and when appropriate).
2. **Support for Adolescents**
– Provide direct, age-appropriate, and specialized support and care for vulnerable adolescent girls (including survivors of GBV) through counseling and case management.
– For survivors under the age of 18, case management will include:
– Age-appropriate engagement and decision-making by survivors.
– Do No Harm analysis.
– Monitoring and reporting.
3. **System Support**
– Support the maintenance of LECORVAW’s case management system and the GBV Information Management System.
– Assist in tracking beneficiaries of LECORVAW's static and mobile activities using agreed M&E tools.
4. **Reporting and Planning**
– Participate in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure adherence to standards of care, quality case management, and reporting requirements.
5. **Additional Duties**
– Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop LECORVAW programs.
### **Job Requirements:**
– At least six months of counseling experience related to violence against women and girls, gender and development, child protection, or social change.
– A clear understanding of gender inequality and issues surrounding violence against women and girls.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients at all times.
– A positive and professional attitude, able to organize and prioritize work under pressure.
– Ability to work as a member of a team.
– Fluency in Arabic is required.
### **Key Working Relationships:**
– **Position Reports to:** GBV Officer
– **Position Supervises:** None
– **Position Works With:** Project Manager, GBV Officer, Project Officer.
### **Working Environment:**
– Staff will be based in Tripoli, with extensive training in different fields.

– تقديم الدعم والرعاية المباشرة للنساء والفتيات الضعيفات من خلال نهج يركز على الناجين.
– تقديم خدمات إدارة الحالة المرتكزة على الناجين، بما في ذلك:
– تقديم المشورة الأساسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي.
– تقييم الاحتياجات والموارد.
– تطوير خطط الأمان والعمل.
– تنفيذ الخطط.
– تقديم المتابعة والإحالات المناسبة.
– إغلاق الحالة (إذا كان ذلك مناسبًا).
2. **الدعم للمراهقين**
– تقديم الدعم والرعاية المباشرة والمتخصصة للفتيات المراهقات الضعيفات (بما في ذلك الناجيات من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي) من خلال المشورة وإدارة الحالة.
– تشمل إدارة الحالة للناجيات تحت سن 18 عامًا:
– الانخراط واتخاذ القرار المناسب لعمر الناجيات.
– تحليل “عدم الإيذاء”.
– الرصد والتقارير.
3. **دعم النظام**
– دعم صيانة نظام إدارة الحالة في LECORVAW ونظام إدارة معلومات العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
– المساعدة في تتبع المستفيدين من أنشطة LECORVAW الثابتة والمتحركة باستخدام أدوات الرصد والتقييم المتفق عليها.
4. **التقارير والتخطيط**
– المشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية للتقارير والتخطيط لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الرعاية وجودة إدارة الحالة ومتطلبات الإبلاغ.
5. **مهام إضافية**
– تنفيذ المهام الأخرى التي يحددها المشرف لتفعيل وتطوير برامج LECORVAW.
### **متطلبات الوظيفة:**
– خبرة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر في المشورة تتعلق بالعنف ضد النساء والفتيات، أو التنمية الجنسانية، أو حماية الأطفال، أو التغيير الاجتماعي.
– فهم واضح لعدم المساواة بين الجنسين والقضايا المحيطة بالعنف ضد النساء والفتيات.
– القدرة على الحفاظ على السرية والاحترام للعملاء في جميع الأوقات.
– موقف إيجابي ومهني، قادر على التنظيم وإدارة الأولويات تحت الضغط.
– القدرة على العمل كجزء من فريق.
– إتقان اللغة العربية مطلوب.
