**نظرًا لصعوبة الظروف الراهنة… تدابير مؤقتة لشركتي ألفا وتاتش!**
أصدرت وزارة الاتصالات بيانًا يُشير إلى أنه “نظرًا للصعوبات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الناتجة عن الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية على لبنان، وبحساسية من الوزارة تجاه الأوضاع الصعبة التي يواجهها النازحون من المناطق اللبنانية، خصوصًا أولئك المتواجدين خارج الأراضي اللبنانية أو النازحين من أماكن سكنهم، وبناءً على القرارين السابقين اللذين أقرهما وزير الاتصالات، الأول يتعلق بإنشاء باقة إنترنت للطلاب في الجنوب، والثاني يتعلق بعدم قطع خدمة أوجيرو للخطوط وعدم تحميل المواطنين أي أعباء إضافية في حال انقطاعها، أصدر وزير الاتصالات جوني القرم تدابير مؤقتة طالب من خلالها شركتي الخليوي ألفا وتاتش بتنفيذها”.
وأضاف البيان أن “الإجراءات تتضمن الطلب من الشركتين تطبيق التدابير الاستثنائية بسبب الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية، بما في ذلك تمديد فترة صلاحية تعبئة الخطوط المدفوعة مسبقًا على جميع فئاتها لمدة أسبوع إضافي”.
وتابع البيان، “كما طالب وزير الاتصالات بتمديد فترة تسديد الفواتير بالنسبة للخطوط الثابتة لمن يرغب في ذلك، لمدة شهر إضافي من السنة الحالية، وذلك حتى إشعار آخر. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الوزارة وأجهزتها ستظل بجانب المواطنين وتتابع التطورات الميدانية وتأثيرها على الشبكة والمواطنين”.
**Due to Current Difficulties… Temporary Measures for Alfa and Touch Companies!**
The Ministry of Telecommunications issued a statement indicating that “in light of the economic and social difficulties resulting from Israeli assaults on Lebanon, and in response to the ministry's sensitivity to the challenging conditions faced by displaced individuals from Lebanese regions, especially those residing outside Lebanese territory or displaced from their homes, and based on the previous two decisions issued by the Minister of Telecommunications regarding the establishment of an internet package for students in the south and the decision not to cut Ogero lines or impose any additional burdens on citizens in case of disconnection, Minister Johnny Al-Qaram has issued temporary measures requesting that the mobile companies Alfa and Touch implement them.”
The statement added that “the measures include requesting both companies to apply the temporary measures taken exceptionally due to the Israeli assaults, which involve extending the validity period for recharging prepaid mobile lines across all categories for an additional week.”
The statement continued, “The Minister of Telecommunications also requested the extension of bill payments for fixed lines for those who wish for an additional month from this year until further notice. It is worth noting that the ministry and its agencies will continue to support citizens and monitor field developments and their impact on the network and citizens.”
