مطلوب موظفين للخط الساخن (Hotline Officer)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Conducting calls and visits to households and assessments with beneficiaries.
• Receiving calls from beneficiaries
• Explaining activities provided by the programs to beneficiaries.
• Data Entry for data collection.
• Actively participate in the Food e-card distribution days, monthly shopping visits pre and post surveys, awareness sessions and Focus Group Discussions, Beneficiary Advisory Committee meetings etc.…,
• Reporting to Project Support Officer under the supervision of the Project Manager on any issue, special cases or suggestions to enhance outreach process.
• Attend trainings related to the Humanitarian sector
• Support with Office work

And any other duties/assigned responsibilities by the supervisor.
