Job Purpose: The main purpose of the position is to provide Math, Science, Arabic, and English classes to equip students to improve their education.
Reporting To: Remedial Coordinator
Major Activities :
- Teaching according to the student's educational needs and abilities, including a focus on interactive learning.
- Enrolling students in the educational program, including placement.
- Preparation of classes based on the curriculum.
- Providing input on the curriculum, including developing the curriculum was required and with the support of the Project Manager.
- Encouraging students of all levels, promoting their progress well-being being, and creating a positive atmosphere in the classroom.
- Show self-motivation, enthusiasm, and creativity.
- Work effectively with team members.
- Maintain records and prepare reports and recommendations
- Plan lessons and assess students, tailoring their lessons according to the abilities of the children in the classroom.
Education & Experience :
- Proven experience as a Remedial Teacher.
- A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, flexible disposition.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English both spoken and written.
- Advanced knowledge of the subject being taught
- Excellent teaching skills
